We've stayed here on 5 separate occasions. The condos are nice but the onsite staff has been extremely rude every stay. Particularly the on-site maintenance guy who scolds you for everything tiny thing. Threatening to fine you for tracking any sand into the complex that's next to beach, or yelling at you for spraying sunscreen outside. On vacation I'm looking to relax, not be constantly berated. Stay away if you plan on enjoying your vacation.

Got here, saw the green carpets in the hallways, saw the room with the dirty walls and caved in mattresses and decided we had enough. Don’t listen to the positive reviews if you are looking for a clean and nice place to stay.

In regards to the specific unit we rented: Bring your own pillows, or wrap those available in something to block the smell. The day or so before we left, we found a dirty sock and a used contacts case under the edge of the bed. In general: The residents aren't friendly, at least those we came across.

We absolutely love this condo!! We have previously stayed in unit 303 and returned for our 10 year wedding anniversary. This place feels just like home away from home. With the fully equipped kitchen, we were able to go to the grocery store so that we could eat there at times as opposed to having to eat out all the time. Definitely saved us some money! The views from the balcony are gorgeous and the beach is right there! You don't even have to cross the street! It is literally in your backyard. Not to mention is it beautiful and not at all crowded :-) I have recommended this condo to family and friends time and time again. It is my favorite place to stay on the island.

Very clean and quiet. We've stayed quite a few times here. Definitely a great place to relax. We came here straight from the airport and did a quick Costco and Foodland run as it comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Great beach and did some surfing here as well.

Absolutely stunning location and beautiful room! Check in was made very easy and simple especially for a late night arrival. Perfect access to beach with a shower to wash up and pool right beside the ocean. The room itself is very nice, updated kitchen with a big fridge is excellent. Our room had AC which was fantastic! Only downside is that there are no bbqs available.

Alot better and alot cheaper than a Hotel

Located there at beautiful Sugar Beach this is a very nice quiet beachfront location highly recommended.

Without a doubt a hidden gem on Maui. Right next to the beach with an easy drive to Kihei. My family has been coming here for 10 years explicitly and have never been let down by any of the units. The views are spectacular (if you are in a unit facing the beach) and the pool and grounds are well kept

So this was our 5th time in Maui and was a amazing place to stay ! Loved being on the beach and having a restaurant next door was a bonus.This is great place for just relaxing .And the beach here is the best on the island to swim snorkeling and walking.

Fantastic location. Steps from the beach...you can walk for miles. Shopping and restaurants very close by.

Great location. Nice and close to Kihei. The pool and beach is really nice. There is a great spot to relax by the pool. The beach is really easy to walk to and they have a foot rinse spot once you get off the beach. Many great things to do are only about a 2-3 minute drive. The town is only a mile walk. The staff are really nice and the air conditioning is amazing.
