Double check your order before you leave. They sure don’t. And then they tell you to just keep checking your bank account to make sure it refunds or call back. Their mistake, the customers problem. Doesn’t entice me to want to come back

Arrived about 25 minutes before closing and was able to order and didn’t feel rushed at all. Was politely told that the bar was doing last call. Our food arrived quickly and our server was very attentive and friendly. We like the steak and shrimp fajitas and fresh mex bowl, and always order tortilla chips with salsa and ranch dressing. Sounds weird but their ranch is house made and so yummy with salsa. Kids meals are pretty generous.

One of my order for takeout was the Chipotle chicken fresh mex bowl - it was awful. The chicken was very pale and bland like it was microwaved and the rice was hard. I usually go to the pearl ridge location but since I was in the area last night I thought I could just order from this location. not going back here again.

Lovely waitress looked after us. We had the fried pickle😁, salad with ranch dressing, corn with butter and Chili burger with secret sauce. All of it was value for money.

I was fine with the waitress making and giving my daughter, client, and I food but they took half an hour to give it. She gave all our plates but she didn’t bring this one dish I ordered. She gave it after we mostly ate all of our dishes. My daughter asked her politely to refill her drink. When we were about to go I asked for a take-home cup so my daughter could put her drink into it. We waited 25 minutes and she still hasn’t gave it. So we left. We are never going to the Chili’s in Waikele!

Man, Oh Man ! Have you tried there Shrimp Tacos with a side of Rice & Black Beans !! Shoooot.. You gotta know how to eat em and this is how. Order you a plate of shrimp tacos they come in a set of 3 healthy sized flour soft tacos, with grilled shrimp, salad mix with a sweet sauce.. Mmm. Good ! Im not done. Don't be scared of the black beans. They come in a small bowl topped with onion and tomatoes. Pour the beans onto the rice and mix together and eats. Hella broke da mouth!! Oh, dont forget to add hot sauce !! Automatic.

June 21, 2020 Father's Day, this during the time of C virus. The staff was superb, very friendly and helpful. The place had hand sanitizer all around so if you ever feel like you need to sanitize it os right there. It is also very safe regarding social distancing, it seems to be more than 6 feet apart from the next nearest customer. Regarding the food. It was excellent. I would eat the smoky rib combo meal again. My wife had the shrimp taco. We had the combo dip appetizer whoch was delicious too.

I like the burgers, especially for the homemade style patties it's not processed perfectly shaped patties like some fast food places. Prices and drink refills are good too.

We had come a few times before and things were not so great. But today everything was on point! Such a yummy dinner! Our waitress Ryan provided excellent service. We will be back!

Celebrated my oldest sons birthday. Didnt accept reservations only walk in but we were a party of 14 and they were accommodating. They do check for vaccination cards and ID to match. We waited for a good 5-10 minutes before someone acknowledged us at the entryway finally. The food was great. The even bought out a chocolate cake and sang happy birthday. Anyways we had a good time.

I hadn’t been to chili’s since high school so we decided to go for our family Sunday lunch. This location was nice and accommodating. We have 4 kids, 2 need high chairs. Jordan was our server and he was quite busy but very kind. This gave the team the opportunity to show us how well established they are. B, showed up with our food, refilled our drink and moved with haste. B made us feel like we were their most important client. I found out upon leaving that B was actually the manager for the day. It shows. You run a great team and you were right in the thick of it. Thank you for a great experience.

Solid Chili's. Food took a while but was good. Our server got busy towards the end of our meal and didn't check on us the last 20 minutes. Other than that it was good.

Food was good, service was horrible. Had to ask for missing items we ordered. Waited almost ten minutes to be seated. Apps and entrees came almost at the same time. Had to ask another server to get our server when we were ready to check out.

It is freezing cold in there. Almost left the place because of this. Had to discuss with staff to be seated in a warmer corner of the restaurant that was not serviced at the time. Instead of just offering this solution right away. After that, the experience was good. Friendly staff and good food.

Worst serving experience ever at this place and we're regulars. Went there 9-23-22 (Friday night) at about 730 pm with the fam bam. Typical wait about 30 minutes. Let me just say the service was horrendous. The waitress either was new or lost. She only waited on 4 tables and look so lost. She took awhile to take our order and the orders took awhile coming out. I could see the table with the big family next to us getting irritated as well. - felt bad. Pretty bad service - it was crazy. Also, when she asked if we needed anything else after order, we asked for water and she forgot to bring us water twice (weird). What's even more staggering were the cocktails. I've never felt ripped off in my life. - the drinks (margaritas) didn't taste like it had any alcohol like it usually does - it was no sleeper - cause I know what a sleeper does. The long ice tea was a fluke as well - I should have looked who the bartender was cause I've never tasted it like that before where it tasted like there's nothing in there. - and frankly - there was nothing or 1/4 amount. I was so disgusted - I didn't want to throw a fit and be like crylua so I told my wife I was kinda disgusted with the service (first time ever at chilis we experienced bad service) so I politely left and waited outside till they were finished. I was going to talk to the manager but I didn't want the server to feel bad as well. I think the Manager should walk around the tables and ask if everything is going good , how's the food , how's the service etc. - guess it happens only at few places where they care about service. I think we have to find a new spot to eat- Moanis at kamakana Alii was awesome - service was great there and the live music was awesome !!! Good luck chilis. Music is way too loud. Had to wait a long time for our food while others who came after us got their food before we even saw our food. Left disappointed without eating.

My friend and I went in the morning to watch a football game. They had several TVs set up and our game was playing. I had the eggs, bacon and potatoes. The potatoes were a little greasy for my liking. The server was very pleasant and I'd come again.

We’re not a big fan of franchise restaurants but Chili’s is always the one place we look forward to. The host who seated us told us that we could sit in the restaurant area. We said we wanted to be in the bar area so we could watch tv. She then walked us to the last booth closer to the kitchen and said “is this okay”? We said “no” and requested a table where we could see the tv and have less traffic walking by. After we were seated our server came to our table and placed a digital menu on the table, when she came back and asked if we were ready to order, we asked for a regular menu. It seems like Chili’s is now more focused on digital service…the menus, points reward, payment, etc. In the end, the food was mediocre but fortunately we were famished so everything was eaten quickly and we paid and left. We look at Chili’s as a higher end fast food restaurant and therefore weren’t expecting to be wowed but we were expecting a decent experience like on all of our previous Chili’s experiences. First impressions are important and it only takes a few seconds to make a customer feel special.

Service was amazing here. Sat in booth area in bar. I think it’s been 10 years since I’ve been to a chili’s and really haven’t liked going out these days with QR codes and poor service. The waitress was amazing, patient and awesome. Didn’t catch her name, but we were there Monday night in a booth in bar area. Kudos! Food was good too and enjoyed. Will come back again with my buddies.

Food was great. But... this was a pick up order and it somehow charged me 20% tip when I completed online order and I specifically didn't add tip as I was going to give couple bucks at pick up door. Couldn't change it, very disappointed

If I can choose 0 stars I will do it. But unfortunately no! Yesterday I went with my husband and we went to the bar side the guy who was working there CLEAN THE TABLE WITH CLOROX! how you going to clean the table with Clorox he sprayed the bar stool so my husband and I took a seat there and I mentioned “smell like Clorox” he came back and took our order everything was fine but when I went home I noticed my new pants got bleach stains and my husband tshirt too. I’m so mad because he ruined our clothes.

Can only give 3 stars and 1 star for service. Absolutely worst service I have had in Hawaii. So slow, took at least 15 minutes to get water and then another 10 to Order. The food was good but after we asked for some extra sides we waited way too long. We got so sick of waiting for check the we had to walk up to the counter.

Stumbled across this restaurant whilst having a break for lunch during our shopping visit to Waikele. We were welcomed into the restaurant and began looking over the menu. We opted for the chicken fajitas and chicken breast plate with a side of corn. Food arrived in around 15 minutes and they were generous portion sizes. The flavour was decent as the food was well seasoned including the side of corn. The only critique would be that the beans were quite runny and there was very little rice or salad in the meals. The total including a Diet Coke was around $45 which we thought was decent value given we dined in. Definitely worth a visit for other tourists visiting the area.

My buddy and I came here for Veterans Day. We immediately got sat down and ordered our drinks. We got free Strawberry Lemonade refills and our burgers were absolutely delicious. The food was presentable, warm, and very well cooked. Best of all, the food was free! I had a blast.
