Service is good, but what the heck! They don't have any electrical outlets. They don't want people staying in the building. Poor and possibly lazy management. Not the right move, not aloha

Ordered an Iced Matcha latte with soy milk well I had 1/4 inch of curdled soy milk at the bottom I returned to have it changed and worker told me they don’t have bad milk I have several of these every week and I never have curdles in the bottom of my cup the date does not need to be expired for the soy milk to be curdled I don’t drink curdled milk and I don’t know what the problem was to just open a new soy milk and make me a new one WHO DRINKS CURDLED MILK wth I just don’t understand why it was such a big issue to make me a new one no one said sorry and everyone ignored me I’m shocked

Didn't get any food but service and coffee was great as usual.

Good can clean Starbucks. Open early but also close early. You might miss a nice night coffee if you go too late.

My drink was made perfectly. The location is clean, and the staff is very friendly.

The unisex restroom is open. Requires a code to open. The hallway to the restroom has a bench seat that is padded! Comfortable for leisurely imbibing. Staff are friendly and polite.

A quite place with outdoor seating. Good for me to take a break. There is a lot of birds fly around you once you seat.

Put in a mobile order and they didn't have it. Had to ask for it. Then they Had to make it in the spot and still had to look at my phone to get the order correct.

The team here is always friendly and my order is always correct and done quick!

This is a typical Starbucks. In June 2021, all the tables in the lobby were closed due to covid precautions. The staff was nice and the store was clean.

I ordered a Venti iced brown sugar oat milk shaken on mobile app at 10:48a.m on April 18th. I wanted no ice but more milk instead. That's the way how I like the drink to me be made. But the shift manager Da-- working at that time told me he is not supposed to do it because it comes with 4oz milk. The other Starbucks stores in Hawaii have all followed my instruction and they did notchaege charge me for more milk if I do not want ice in the drink. Anyway, he said he would put more milk doing me a favor which I appreciated. But when my co worker picked up the drink for me it was filled with coffee only a half of the cup.I paid for $9.10 for my customized drink but the supervisor manager is so stingy with giving little bit more milk to a regualr customer. The supervisor manager at this location might be generous giving away free water to homeless people but was being so cheap for adding little more extra milk for regualr customer who pays for a drink. The customer service at this location is so dissapointing.

Starbucks is always a nice place to stop in for a cup of coffee and a sweet treat. Atmosphere is always relaxed kick back very low stress. The store was clean, bathrooms are clean and well-stocked the staff is friendly and the prices not too bad depending on what you buy. the reason I only gave him four stars was because they don't have a good selection of sugar free items on their menu.

It was fast and no one was in there except the workers.

After the pumpkin festival last month, I went to this store twice. Really kind and friendly staffs make me so satisfied. As a starbucks MD collector, I really happy to find and buy a leopard printed stainless water bottle at this store🤙🤙🤙

Fast, consistent service, however, seating limited. Quality menu as other SB cafes in Hawaii. Often a single person will spread personal belongings over a table for four. Outside seating available with umbrellas that provide limited shading. Found that ordering by mobile app for pick up works well. We often take our drinks to nearby Kawaikui park and enjoy the local beach scene.

Really like this Starbucks. It's nice and lowkey. Not super-busy like you would expect for a location that's closer to the city. Staff are super friendly. Needed to get some work done early in the morning and this place opens at 4:30 AM during the week. Love it!
