The lady was rude, and they didn’t even deep fried my chalupa. They just gave it to me cold. Not only that, but they seem so annoyed and a rush to try to get me out of there even though no one was behind me in the drive through. All my food was cold not even hot from the beef nor anything.

Very bad experience drive through lady was very rude when I asked her to add 2 simple things to the order that I forgot to order at the drive through speaker and she told me no and I had to drive all the way back around. I will never go here again. Train your workers to have a little more respect

I absolutely will never be returning to taco bell. Not only do I never receive what I order, it’s never correct and it always comes out looking like my 7 year old made it. Honestly the people can be super nice but the quality of their food and attention to my order is the reason I will not be returning.

It seemed so sad to me and my husband that a brand new store was so dirty. Men’s bathroom had poop on the walls and floor. The floor and tables in the dining room were not clean. The staff was friendly and polite and seemed up beat. Food was kind of a slop shoot. I don’t think they knew how to make the new dipping sandwich. Taste was good but couldn’t eat it with my hands.

Worst service! Ordered online for pick up because this place is always slow and I didn’t want to wait in line forever just to get my food. 30 minutes after placing my order and receiving an email confirmation that my order has been received, got to the place just for the lady to be very rude. She said that there is no order with the said name, I tried telling her that I have an order number and confirmation number but she just cut me off not wanting to hear what I had to say. She didn’t even bother to double check to see if my order was there and just shooed me away like I was trying to scam them into giving me free food. But she did give me enough time to confirm that I was indeed in the correct place. Ended up cancelling my order and leaving, never got the email confirming of my canceled order. It was ridiculous.

This is my second time coming to this location after 6 pm. Never again. First time they forgot items and sauce packets. This second time I waited 30 MINUTES in line when only 2 cars were ahead of me. I got 3 supreme tacos and 2 of them were smashed to pieces. I didn't order a taco salad. But with the hard shells being smashed to pieces I basically had to scrap the mess off the wrapper with my teeth.

Brought a bus load of kids and the service was awesome!! Food was great orders came out super fast!!! Extremely friendly staff!! Definitely worth the stop!!!

It's been years and they still can't figure out how to fry the chalupa shells at this location apparently. I always avoid this location because of that and the rest of the food is just soggy and gross from here. Thought I'd give it a chance again finally but nope. I'll stay away from now on.

They are actually open late. I bicycle out there for some tacos late after work and they serve me in the drive thru. Pretty much every other fastfood chain will not serve you on a bike. I really like the volcano tacos!

I ordered online. They made an error, but they were so kind and gracious. They bent over backwards to make it right. Every employee that was working 9/30/23 were just wonderful!

I asked for no tomatoes on my crunch wrap supreme. Normally if it’s just something I don’t like, I pick it off, but I am ALLERGIC to tomatoes so I was not able to eat and enjoy my crunch wrap. I’ve been to this Taco Bell a couple times before this and never had this issue. Another thing was I did a mobile order, so I went to the mobile order spot to pick up my food, and this lady was touching my bag and my drink while sticking her upper body through the window! Overall, this experience won’t affect me going to Taco Bell, but it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at one. Edit: I went there for a second time today to get my crunch wrap. This time I ordered two, hoping I wouldn’t get tomatoes, but of course, I did. So now I have not been able to eat THREE crunch wraps due to this issue.

I have $20 bill and ask to place my order with cash no one wanted to help. The one older lady super short hair said what’s your name..I said I would like to order the breakfast box with cinnamon iced coffee. …I’m the only one inside she looks at me and says what’s your name. I tell her. She gives me soda cup I tell her I order ice coffee. She looks at me and walks away. I ask make sure it’s cinnamon delight iced she hands me regular roast coffee at this point i don’t want to “speak to a manager “I decided to just leave. Will not come back. So sad she’s like over 45 years old not friendly customer service I wasn’t rude I wasn’t rush I was smiling and polite.

I’m allergic to dairy and they have gotten my order wrong three times in a row now. They put cheese and sour cream on my order when I asked for none. I order on the app and there is no way to get your money back. They also consistently forget items like the cinnamon twists

Usually this spot does alright, but this is the second time dashing late night that I was told to wait in the drive thru line a second time before picking up my deliveries. So people who arrived after me, got their food well before me. My kids even wanted Taco Bell so after I was rudely told to wait in line a second time, (4 cars deep to the order board both times) I orders from the one in rib mountain for my own family. Next time I will wait at that window for my deliveries. Their drive thru times are not MY issue. I’m on a timer too.

Usually pretty good here ,but today it was horrible. I always get beans instead of beef. Bit into my burrito to instantly taste a dead body. Also didn't get the sauce I asked for. Phone call won't go through so now you get a hangry review because I have no super

Really appreciate the gentleman who I've run into a couple of times late at night. He really does a great job at customer service (especially considering it's late at night and a drive-thru). After grabbing my food He even wished me a safe drive through the snow that was predicted for the night. Can't say enough how much I appreciated that statement.

Once again missing part of my online order. Place had 1 or 2 customers the whole time my order was being made. Seemed way over staffed and still managed to forget something. How can you mess it up every time? Crunchwrap barely had anything in it. Place is a joke

Lance S. secured our family's order tonight, not only greeting us with an enthusiastic smile and verifying our order for accuracy (the basics, in our book, though rarely encountered these days), but as we dined, took time to pass by and ask if all was still to our satisfaction. This, in a newly-renovated, clean and attractive environment reignited our desire to visit this location once more...thank you, again, Lance--the Kings of Brokaw look forward to our return visit soon!

It was not busy at all. We received no service when we first talked in. We ordered with the kiosks since no one acknowledged us. When our food was up, they just called our name and walked away. Forgot our cups and we had to wait for more than 5 minutes before someone asked if we had been helped. The food was your typical t-bell tho. This location definitely needs a refresher on dealing with customers.

The man in the window was amazing! We had a bunch of good laughs, and he really hooked me up. They were out of rice. So i told him "I just don't eat meat, so i trust you. Make something delicous." I then had the best veggie burrito from TB I've ever had. They all took care of me.

Understaffed, too cold and it took forever to get our food! We also had to order off a kiosk. I don’t work at any of these stores but they all think I should do more to be their customer.

I frequent here a bit. Not many other options. They always neglect to include the sauce you ask for and when you ask for a taco with no lettuce, it's like they just scrape lettuce from a pre-made taco sitting under a heat lamp. Lack of options is why I return..

The guy taken my order was fantastic! Everything I ordered was correct on my screen. I wanted 4 items with no lettuce or tomato, got home and had all 4 items with lettuce and tomato! Like brah..... Someone's gotta learn how to read... I didn't spend almost 30 dollars on food to get everything I DIDNT want. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I’ve rarely ever had a problem with the drive through or on store services. But I have had a huge problem with the continuous menu changes. Especially recently it seems they have taken chicken out of everything. And all the good burritos I loved are no longer there…four about the fourth time.

There's no more ordering at the counter, you must now use a touch screen kiosk. Using the kiosk was straight forward and easy. I was given 3 choices for a receipt, email, text message, or no receipt. I chose text receipt, but never received the text receipt. As far as the food goes, the chili cheese burrito was good, the burrito supreme didn't have any sour cream, so that was not so good! We ate on the dining area, which needed a cleaning.
