I found out that I had a puncture in my tire after classes at 6.45PM, but fortunately got saved by owner of the store who overstayed past 7PM to help me with my wheel! Also very friendly, we had a nice chatter! 🙂

Stopped here on a long bike tour from France to get a spoke replaced. Great service and no quibble about doing it there and then. Just a little pricey but grateful for the solution.

I had a problem with the rear derailleur not shifting properly. It was not an easy problem to solve. Jurgen was very helpful and friendly when I approached him regarding issue. He tried to solve the problem as much as he can. He spend a couple of hours. He even called the component company to diagnose it. I found out that it was due to a slightly bent hanger which is impossible to detect visually. He did not ask for any money. We need more people doing business like Jurgen who is honest and passionate about what he is doing. Strongly recommended.

Stopped by to request if they are able to cut off the bottom of my seat post so I can lower my seat 1 cm and the owner took care of it in 5 minutes and NO charge! Very capable and nice owner who speaks English, too. Highly recommended!

I had a sadle problem on a bike tour passing Lovenjoel. Luckely I found the Re-cycle bikeshop where I got excellent help an support fixing my problem free of charge. Even without being a regular customer there was immediate intrest and willingness to help out. The owner is truly someone with a warm hart for bikers. Thanks.
