Not satisfied as each time they tell to go an get the cash from the bank contact. The whole world is using contactless and digital currency but they’re going backwards. Not happy at all. And they force the clients in their first visit to give them 5 stars.. one of the workers when I came for my daughter check up she told to scan the QR code and she herself gave 5 stars for the clinic.. this isn’t justified.

My experience was great. One of their doctors (Dr Caio) could speak Spanish, my mother tongue, which made everything much easier. This doctor clearly cares a great deal about people and in particular about his patients, he went out of his way to help me quite a lot. My case was solved very fast and efficiently, and the doctor and the rest of the staff were very friendly. The only drawback that I saw is that some of the staff in the phone line didn't speak english very well, which made the communication a bit difficult. Still, an amazing experience overall, would definitely recommend.
