Worst service ever. 8 tables inside, all full, THREE people working. We sat outside, the horrible lady never showed up. I went back in to ask if i can order, then we had the following conversation: 'hi, can we please order?' 'yes, i will come outside' 'ok, it's just that we have been waiting for a while' 'everyone waits we have a lot of people' Me, starting to get annoyed 'we would like to at least order our sandwiches' 'i said i will come outside to the table' 'when?' 'when you will sit down: I went to sit down, annoyed. To what the lady replied: 'i saw that attitude, i am not serving you.' Honestly. Never going to that place again ever in my life.... and really hope they will close soon. And that horrible lady gets served the way she serves everywhere in her life. Upd: I asked to order for food after we sat outside for at least ten minutes. And I said that my mom took medicine and needs something to eat .. You should not close because of people like me. You should close because you have no himanity, you are rude, and you think too kuch of yourself ...

Horrible, horrible, horrible service!! We waited in line for a crepe and when we asked the waiter (that was not even looking at us) he said that the cook was too busy. He was impolite and arrogant. They don’t deserve our money!

An Desaster in all matters. The tables are dirty, the waitresses are slow and unfriendly, the waffle ( and we are in Belgium) was a dry catastrophe although it costs 8,50 and besides all that you even have to pay for the toilet. I’m very sorry but all in all this couldn’t just be a bad day.

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! I should have read below comments before going that place ! zéro customer service, they seems to not knowing that word. Pregnant woman with me, been trying for 5 min to get those overdepressing waiter but the so called "cooker" acted like she didn't see me calling her and decided to leave by paying and by acknowledging them that the " waffles from Bxl" were not coocked inside and got told it is the way it should be. I am from Brussels and I never eat that kind of fake waffles ! she started shouting our and asked us to come back to talk with the manager tommorow to get 5 eur out of the bills and got told that we should have told her while eating our food...really 🙄😏 don't even deserve one star!

Really nice food - really fresh ingredients and this is very tastable! It was very busy, so the wait for the food was a bit long. But else really good lunch place.

Waffle and hot in house chocolate are the best. I always ate there when visiting Antwerp
