Marolus is a good coffeebar. The reviews I read stated a must-come to adress for high tea. Ok. As I am really found of Afternoon tea, we gave it a go. A bit dissappointed. Not about the amount we got, 4 different cakes, 2 scones, a variety of toasts. But disappointed about the quality. The toasts were dry, or "wet" because it was prepared 20 minutes before we arrived. The cake was good, but really heavy. It's a cosy setting, but ask for a table on the first floor away from the door. It was good to try, but I prefer quality before quantity.

Really enjoyed our visit & the shop has a very special feel to it which I loved, the waffle was delicious but my cappuccino was very small & had way too much froth & not enough milk but I would definitely return if I was in this part of the world again ❤️

The most beautiful place for a Belgian waffle in Antwerp. As though you have stepped inside the doll house of your childhood dreams, or a sylvanians family cafe set. Filled with a warm atmosphere, cooked with love, and delivered with care -(by the BEAUTIFUL owners) you never regret a waffle from Marolus ❤️ Will miss this place !

Wow! That's the best place I ever saw in Belgium for some sweet pause! Warm atmosphere, super nice cappuccino and just amazing cinnamon roll. I am in love with this place, that's sure 👍

The restaurant had an absolutely cozy and adorable decor. Service by the staff were friendly and fast. We ordered salmon toast and waffles and the portions were generous and had so much flavour. Outdoor sitting area had a nice ambiance.

Outstanding experience! The lunch was delightful, and the dessert was simply top-notch. Truly a culinary delight from start to finish.

The place is great, it's small but beautiful. Food is delicious, perfect in every way and simple not that much sugar. Totally recommend.

Beautiful and cozy interior perfect for a high tea! We enjoyed their terrace while having their homemade ice coffee and their avocado and salmon toast. The service was fast and the staff really nice.

Came across this restaurant while we were looking for a place to stop & have pancakes.. an absolute find… great strawberry pancakes & the cutest inside I’ve ever seen

Place is quite ok. My salmon sandwich was delicious. However, in my opinion, some overpriced things on the menu. A croque monsieur (2 simple ham and cheese tosti's), €9.50. Homemade iced tea: €5.5. Furthermore, although the place was absolutely not full, it took around 30 minutes to prepare these 2 dishes, which is slightly on the long side. (I guess all restaurants have staffing issues after covid though, so that can happen!)

Amazing waffles, delicious lunch and the best homemade cakes/cupcakes in town!! Strongly recommend everyone to come here! Service like no other, 10/10

Nice little cozy cafe! If you like to try homemade delicious cheese cake, you definitively should go there! The waitress was so friendly and explained everything m thing to us! She was the only person who prepared everything and served the orderes but we got our order fast!

We loved the ambient and the service. We were served by a young lady that was very nice and kind! And the food (avocado and salmon tost) were amazing, very nice quality, big portions and overall yummy! Their carrot cake is by far the best carrot cake we ever had, can't wait to visit Antwerp and this very nice place again!

An amazing place to not only have tea, but eat tasty! I would definitely recommend the salmon sandwich, which I miss till this day!!

Nothing special waffle which,by the way cost a lot (7,50€ for a simple one). I didn’t even finish it 😕. Cappuccino ok, but as I’m Italian I can say it’s not a real one. The little café is very pretty though
