We
went
here
sort
of
on
a
whim,
I'd
seen
the
name
pop
up
a
while
ago
and
figured
I'd
check
it
out,
and
we
were
very
pleasantly
surprised.
First
things
first,
the
food
was
absolutely
amazing.
I
went
with
the
grilled
octopus,
which
was
very
well
prepared,
not
chewy
at
all,
super
tasty,
with
a
lovely
Jerusalem
artichoke
puree
and
and
crispy
polenta,
but
I
tried
a
bite
of
my
boyfriend's
porcini
dish,
and
it
was
equally
delicious.
As
a
main,
I
decided
to
go
for
something
different
than
I
usually
do
and
I
picked
the
monkfish
filet
with
lentil
puree,
and
it
was
absolutely
delicious.
I
didn't
think
I'd
be
a
huge
fan
of
the
lentils,
but
they
were
to
die
for.
The
portion
sizes
were
exactly
right
(not
too
big
so
we
could
still
get
a
dessert),
but
I
sort
of
wished
there
was
even
more
of
my
main
dish
because
I
couldn't
get
enough
of
it.
The
beef
cheek
stew
my
boyfriend
ordered
was
nice
too,
but
I
was
very
happy
with
my
choice.
We
decided
to
share
the
chestnut
dessert
(can't
remember
what
it
was
called),
and
it
was
really,
really
good
as
well.
The
chef
really
knows
what
he's
doing,
best
food
I've
had
in
quite
a
while.
We
had
to
wait
for
our
table
for
a
bit
because
the
previous
guests
hadn't
finished
their
meal
yet,
so
we
sat
at
the
bar
to
have
some
cocktails
first.
We
didn't
mind
that
much,
but
the
staff
apologized
profusely
and
ended
up
offering
us
a
free
dessert,
which
was
much
appreciated.
They
were
all
very
nice
and
professional,
and
we
had
a
lovely
evening,
will
definitely
be
coming
back
to
try
some
more
dishes.
