DO NOT ORDER AT THIS COMPANY MDM has been the worst online experience i have ever had in my life. no contact, no information, no help, no tel Numbers. no NOTHING. i read a lot of similar complaints and it is clear that this company has their business not in order. till now after almost half a year an order of almost a thousand euros is hanging in Limbo. totally unacceptable. they try to hide behind the corona crisis. don't fall for it. Dont get tempted by the professional looking website, as soon you paid, you are left in the dark. read trust pilot. look at the reviews. please beware of this scam!

Do not order anything from this company. Worst customer service ever, 3 months have passed by and my articles have not been delivered yet. On the day of the delivery after 2 months the wrong article was brought and no one answers the phone nor the emails. I had to go the Dutch on line service complaint and seek for help, if there would be negative stars I would gladly give it. In the meantime I am stuck with 450 euros spent and no articles home, waiting for my reimbursement

Most of what I ordered was damaged. I filed a complaint and the only answer I ever got was an automatic reply stating that it may take "some more time" before they will answer. Their FAQ even has the question "why doesn't the costumer service reply?"....says it all... I should have read it before I ordered. Please don't make the same mistake...

We have ordered the 10. May a table and a sleeping sofa. By the 20. May we have then received a message that the order has been transferred to the logistics partner AB Custom. Tracking information has been shared which does not work. Any attempt to reach the logistics partner or Maison du Monde via mail or telephone failed. Today I moved to my new flat and am without table while I need to work from home. I would urgently need your support! Many thanks in advance.

You can find a lot to decorate your new house here! Some things are costly, but the friendly service compensates for that. The shipping cost is too high, but you can place an order and pick it up in your nearest shop.

Ordered chair covers which the tracking number has shown as 'in transit' - for a month! MAISON DU MONDE DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and chornopost tell me everytime I phone it will be delivered tomorrow - it never is. Am contacting my bank to retract payment. DO NOT ORDER FROM MAISON DU MONDE.

Furniture and small deco store with an eye for the not so mainstream (or the Scandinavian soberty). The displayed items are visually appealing but somewhat overpriced. Nevertheless worth a visit.

A nice place to walk around and get idea and inspiration too. They have nice things to buy .. sometimes over price for what it is.
