The most bland place. The building has zero character. Main entrance was lined with trash containers. Very Neglected. Service was very good and the show was excellent.

Great, fast access. Easy crowd control. Seats are comfortable enough. I saw disney on ice and didnt even realise how fast the time passed.

Although the arena building doesn't look attractive from the outside, it is comfortable and well- managed inside. The staff are brilliant. And access from the tram is so convenient.

Nice gym but expensive! €22 for a basketball game. €5 for a beer, €5 for cold nachos with cold salsa sauce. You can do better Antwerp

Nice small venue with clear directions. The seats are not very comfortable, I felt like I was missing some leg space or something (I'm not tall). Otherwise well organized, friendly and helpful staff and different food options available (expensive which is to be expected). The arena is close to several supermarkets and other food places, so you can also take a break to eat something outside if you are tighter on budget.

Came for qualifications for European Open, I absolutely loved it. Such a good tennis and you can watch it so close. Great atmosphere. The only minus is that there are no good eating options inside the Arena, had to go out.

Came here for Belgian Cats game. The building is nice and the atmosphere was amazing. The sidewalk around it is under construction/reparations but there are alternatives available.

Amazing place for concerts and festivals... I just wish that the drink prices were a bit lower, especially for water. Right now it's a ripoff.

The venue in itself is what it is: a multi purpose entertainment and sports facility. However, it stand or falls with its facilities, and those are downwards appalling. Entry is right in front of the food and drinks stands which results in a total mayhem since there is no corridor setup to guide people straight to the seats or split for the drinks/food section. I'm surprised there haven't been serious fights in there by this utter unintelligent setup. And when you finally have your turn after an hour waiting you get to see the prices which are utterly nuts. 3,8€ for a small bottle of water....really? At the end o the day, you go for the show you paid for, so take your own food and drinks would be my good advice.

Wonderful Arena. I have been there to watch the international tennis tournament many years and everything is well designed to have a great time. The only thing that could be improve is the parking around the Arena and the industrial landscape around that is not really welcoming.

Lights and sound of incredible Quality. Beautiful stage and enough room to host and enormous amount of People. Drink stands on every floor and suprisingly clean toilets.

We went to the ATP tournament… the dots are not comfortable and the ventilation system is really bad! Additionally, the WC are not clean

A very good and compact venue for small and nice intimite concerts. It is easy to get there by car or public transport.

They should try to fix the cooling system. It's a very hot arena. Sportpaleis is way better if you're not a fan of heat. You also don't have a lot of air/oxygen when it's a full house!

Beautiful big place. You can see the artist very good from every side on a big billboard. Toilets on every floor and for people with a handicap there are elevators. The people from the red cross are always ready to help you. The control is minimal on the gate. Yesterday I had a bigger bag then normal allowed but they let me in. No control what's inside. That's a little bit pitty and worrying. But for the rest the place is top.😉

The entrance, halls and stairs were a bit too crowded and not enough ventilated, but the show itself was well managed.

Went to the Lotto arena for the European open, Had a great time, the stadium is not that big but can fit quite many people. Hence the atmosphere was electric. Getting to this venue is very easy, you just have to take a tram and get off at a station called Sport, once you get out the station, the venue is right in the front.

It’s a huge set up and beautifully organised. I watched Cirque du Soleil at Lotto Arena, which was really awesome, the performance was outstanding and value for money with almost 1. 45 hours show.

The distribution of stage vs seats is alright. Good evacuation areas and wide staircases. Food inside is overpriced and the problem is, all establishments that used to be outside are not operating due to works surrounding the building. It has already been several months and little progress to finish.

The show was great but the infrastructure ; place before the opening gate, queue to eat something quite bad, all of this looks like if you were in an old school abandoned

👍👍 Such a fantastic place for concerts. It's in the middle of a large park. You can see trees all around the theater, yes theater (OLT= Open Lucht(air) Theater). I've seen Flogging Molly and The Dead South here. Simply awesome! I will go back again.

😠 Felix Food Klub at Eilandje, I have just received a La Chouffe in a can for 4,50€. This alone would not have been a disaster if I had received a glas with it. Never would I have thought Belgians would disrespect one of their beers in this way to serve it in a can at a cafe/bar/restaurant. ... La Cho...
