Nice place and ambience but horrible security staff. I was treated poorly and I felt he (security guard) was a bit racist. My bottle of champagne was taken from me under the guise of I can’t leave the premises with it which was fine, but when I tried to get it poured into a plastic cup, the bottle and the staff who took it were no where to be found. Definitely wouldn’t be coming back.

Would give it zero stars if I could. The bouncers were actively unsafe if their policy. They kicked my friend out because she had no ID or phone which they must have known meant she was then vulnerable and when all of us asked if they had kicked anyone out they said no. Actively dangerous and they're lucky something worse hadn't happened before now.

Videoed a staff party here, it’s four floors. Staff are really friendly and helpful, the DJ on the night was absolutely brilliant. There is also an outside terrace as well with outdoor lighting but no cover so if it rains well I’m sure you get the idea.

Was on the disco dance floor, the bouncer told me (a young girl) to put my drink down due to the electric floor. I told him that he is responsible for me not getting spiked then. Not even 1 minute later I take a sip of my drink. I remember nothing of that night, but was told I was kicked out and your bouncers watched me roll around in my own sick outside of boots. Not once was an ambulance called.

Went here for a few hours Monday morning after staff Xmas do, honestly I used to like it here, but music has gone right downhill not even sure what was playing... sounded like new modern day rap/grime with no mixture, I am only 29 and do know most of the music.. unfortunately not in this place made me feel like I was 60 🤣 .. and I love my rap music... felt like I was actually at a 12 year olds disco. Perhaps I am too old for this place now.

Absolute joke. Spent 9 pound to stand there and not get served or anything. Continuously asked the bar tender for drinks and someone else who knew them would turn up and they would serve them first. Stood there for nearly 30 minutes and never even got looked at. Absolute crime they can charge people to enter and not even give them the chance to buy a drink. Fyi I was completely sober so no reason to refuse me a drink. I was sympathetic at first that mabey others had been waiting out of sight but after the 11th person was served after only just arriving at the bar and knowing the staff by name did I leave and will never return again. Absolute scam!!!

Bouncers are a literal joke, asked them for help to get my hat back, they denied that anyone had taken it off me, claimed that the guy who took it had nothing in his hands, then followed me outside when I decided to leave after the absolute shambles of security they decided to provide for their establishment. Otherwise, the bar staff are lovely and made a good few friends, minus the bad experience with the people who are meant to make us feel safe.

Went on a Saturday night & stayed all night. Place is an absolute sausagefest with at least 80% male customers. Music is pretty dire. Best in Lincoln nowadays though as Moka is even worse. First night out in 5 yrs since having kids :)

A review will be written, amongst countless others you’ve received through here and social media and nothing will change unfortunately. The majority of the door staff at the venue act like hyenas in a pack and have a massive power complex. The fact particular door staff have been there for several months despite some of the disgusting ways they actually treat people is beyond me. Their main goal is to FIGHT, and FIND conflict however someone in need of HELP they’ll happily turn a blind eye to. The club in general is nice however the door staff reflect the business badly not only for students but other club attendees. :)

Shocking establishment and poor behaviour. Young lad clearly either been spiked or taken it too far with something, security basically threw him out on the pavement and pretty much left him there, phoning the ambulance and police and they didn’t care whatsoever - couldn’t be less interested. Also were laughing and joking at the situation being of no use or assistance at all - shocking place wouldn’t dare step foot in it ever again, rude and useless bouncers and staff.Even the street pastors said the staff/bouncers there aren’t friendly/nice people

Lady in the coat room was extremely rude to me, gave her my jumper then she shouted me back loudly I come back and then she waves at me really rudely, bouncers also?? who hired these guys absolutely rude called my friend a c*nt when we was queing. Also like a year 8’s disco with the music, other than that great bar setting but this ruins it for us.

Very bad security, they wouldn't let me and my friend in even though we had booked tickets and didn't even give us a reason why. Love going here but certainly won't be going again until I know the rude security have gone

Katie and aaron were great bartenders, quality night out because of these two. Pay rises are in order

As long as you dont stir up a conflict, you are bound to have a great time over here. Best place to go clubbing during the weekdays. The floors are a bit too sticky sometimes though.

Lost a friend, security were friendly and nice, didn’t solve the issue but were comforting when in need . Good club, busy, good music, can’t go wrong for a night out in lincoln.

Very good in the VIP area, even with idiots kicking off but within a matter of seconds security had engulfed them and sorted it out. Main bar is good for music styles of all types, however if your 35 plus maybe have a younger mind set for the evening

We had the best time on NYE. Just wanted to mention that Seb deserves a pay rise, because he made us the best Mary Berries ever. Thank you. Please, don't ever forget to add cherries to them🙏

We booked with Home for our work Christmas party this year and had an incredible time. Nikki, Emily, and Georgie were all responsive, flexible, and accommodating during the booking process and helped us out with two site visits. Everything was reasonably priced and it was a relief to be able to hand catering over to the team and they were able to accommodate some tricky dietary requirements. They made sure our party organisers could also relax by setting everything up ahead of time (including decorations/tables/TV etc.) Home have several function/hire rooms and we went with the Live Lounge as it had it's own bar and stage for the live music we had planned. The Home team even offered tech/music support from their technician for our band ahead of time. They also organised a social space after the party with their sister company Carousel which included complimentary game tokens. On the night, everyone was wowed with the set up as well as the personable and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help and were all in good spirits (shout to Dan and Aaron who were fab!) If you're unsure on using Home for your private functions and parties, we couldn't recommend them enough! Thanks to the whole team.

Absolutely ridiculous for new years. After the count down, everyone pushing and shoving to get out. Not enough security! Not enough communication for after the count down! Dj should have stopped and then allowed people to sensibly get out! People could have easily got hurt! 🤬🤬. Absolutely ruined the evening!. I can't believe how much lack of security there was considering it was new years eve and again, especially when the count down began!

Went to the marvin humes dj set... he didn't come on till 1 am in the morning the floor he was on was so packed they was turning people away, peope on the floor got injuries because it was over crowded. No health and safety at all on that floor Why have more tickets on sale than the capacity could hold and didn't even get a refund for not seeing him.... AVOID AVOID AVOID

Magical place filled with wonder, particularly the handsome and charming door staff who made it feel like a wonderland of clouds and fluffy things. Amazing.

Went to the silent disco, was great except for they didn't give me my money back for the headphones? I literally wore the headphones they gave me but apparently they weren't in the same condition when I gave them back? All I did was dance like everyone else but the headphones broke? Maybe don't distribute brittle headphones? Such a rip off!!!

Great management, friendly security, very accommodating for our party in v.i.p, good music, great atmosphere, highly recommend.

Honestly I just been first time and I enjoyed myself I bit conctails and security guard come to me and said me to go out when I said to him why and didn’t answer even I am not shoe and bad behaviour I just dance myself and enjoy. I remember I did nothing wrong but guards are very rude they not even tell reason why they kick me out. Yes I am look like child but I am 22 so they kick me out when I am in proper mood to enjoy for no reason I will not go there again.
