AVOID! the worst place I've been to. Place full of aggressive teens (a lot looked underage) that were showing threatening behaviour and security on the floor was ignoring it. Someone was even trying to start fight with us for no reason. We left after about 1 hour and were waiting for coats for 15min as ladies were more interested in talking to men than working. People were allowed to skip line as friends with bouncers that were rude.

Terrible nightclub, avoid, avoid, avoid. Staff are all rude and corrupt. Door staff (bouncers) are aggressive and threatened me. Space is small and cramped. Drink selection is very minimal.

Bouncers genuinely racist. Told me to my face they wouldn't listen to me 'because I was black' and then another woman who I explained this too physically pushed me out.

Smallest club and they jam it with too many people. Bouncers were homophobic towards my roommate, told him to his face as well. Disgraceful that this club can be happy having those men outside as the face of their brand. Boycott

Second time I have been to Zero Zero, very disapointing. As a friend of a door man, I have a lot of repsect for the guys that make sure everything runs smoothly and keep people safe in clubs & bars. But, after a friend was told he had been "kicked out" and had to leave, I was somewhat disappointed. He had not done anything remotely like the accusations that had been put forward. A very well mannered gentleman that had hired a table & bought multiple bottles of Dom Perignon. I felt very bad for him after he had spend many hundreds of pounds to enjoy the new year and suddenly faced this abomination. Will not return.

We had booked a VIP area with *private* DJ for my friends hen do. When we arrived we were taken to a large area at the back of the club which we assumed was the VIP area, however other people were coming in and out of it as though it was part of the main club? We were given all the alcohol that we had paid for and it came out with ice buckets, loads of mixers, sparklers etc which was really nice. However when we couldn't see a DJ or a booth we asked about the private DJ we had paid for. We were told that the DJ wasn't private for just us, it was private for the whole club? They told us that they had just renovated so there was no longer room for a private DJ but didnt think to drop us an email to let us know. Their website still advertises a "VIP DJ" - its probably worth changing that before trading standards gets wind of it 🙃We then asked if we could request some songs, which we were told we could, as the music was shocking. However the DJ gave us every excuse he could think of for not playing our songs, like how he was about to go downstairs and would play them there (this never happened). They didn't want to give us a refund, despite us paying for something that wasn't provided, but they gave us a free bottle of vodka. It was a nice gesture but they had already killed the vibe about half an hour before, so we left and went to Revs next door.

the worst run club in bath!! The bouncers are clueless and it's run horrendously.. they pick and choose who they let in so if you make the journey be prepared to be turned away by the joke staff! If I never went there again I'd be one happy guy!

Very rude staff, even though I was crying and explaining about my coat because I had lost my ticket they were horrible and rude and basically ignored me and made me wait for at least half an hour.. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Been to zero zero twice now and not had a good night out both times, its to hot a stuffy at the dance floor and the security team are not nice.... The 1st time I went one of the security guys pushed me and my friends in the que and one of my friends had bruises up her arm we and she was not happy. And the second time my friend had a headache because she got pushed into a wall and she hurt her arm (BTW... It was the same girl who had the bruises up there arm she has not had a great experience here) someone from security seen her crying with her hands on her head and he obviously thought she was out of it so he grabbed he by the arm kicked her out and got an other big bruises. Sorry but Because of all this I'm never going to zero zero again, sorry to the zero zero staff but the security team ruined it for me

I have paid a deposit to do the cocktail making class and since then have not recieved any confirmation. They have not picked up any calls, responded to any emails and even I have tried messaging on Facebook!!! Getting very frustrated as this is supposed to be for a Hen Do!

If you can get past the wall of arrogant security staff you might have a chance at a good time here, sadly that is easier said than done.

We were a group of 7 ticket holders and were refused entry after 11 even though we were in the queue a while before then. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else.

We got here on the Saturday just gone (05/08/2017) and turned and left before we'd even gone in purely on how rude the girls were on the main door. The bouncers at the top of the stairs were pleasant enough but it was the blonde middle aged woman on the downstairs door who was unbelievably rude. It's not like my friend and I were even being drunk idiots, I asked her how much it was and she looked like she was ready to punch me, and the girl on the cloakroom was completely rude as well so in the end my friend and I just looked at each other and said "shall we just go?" It was actually really strange. There was no que so it's not like it was crazy busy and stressful we were the only ones stood in the foyer which made the atmosphere even more awkward when they had such an attitude. I've been in here before and it was okay so I didn't want to just give it 1 star based on that but having gone onto the website the only form of contact is for bookings so looks like I need to complain here! Won't be returning

The story plastered on military sites is that you refused entry to a military police officer and his fiancee, your excuse is that no military are allowed in. I hope you can refute this claim very soon. This appears to be disgusting case of discrimination.

Beautiful people! Oldest club in Bath, open until 6-7am! DJ will play your songs which is amazing! No limits on the amount 0f songs you can ask to play and closing time. If it's busy they go on till the morning! Great location, large rooms, cool underground dancefloor, great sound system and DJs. Nice bar, friendly staff. Friendly bouncers. We bought the package with ciroc vodka and were served by a gorgeous bartender. Thank you!

Management were awful, it was a shambles and the owner of club is so rude and disrespectful beyond belief . Gutted I travelled to Bath for this event , it ruined my whole weekend

There’s not people, drinks are cheap 7£ but they didn’t fill the double or single shot. You have to pay for a lot drinks if you wanna taste the drink actually.

We came here when someone handed us a flyer outside Revolutions, it was ok, although not as good as the description, quite small, I had a cocktail and I have to say I've had better. Can't say what it was like after midnight as we left early.

Few people had recommend this place when we asked around. Drinks were fairly cheap, good DJ for a Thursday night, quite lively atmosphere!

Always a top night at Zeros. Good drinks deals, vip area, plenty of toilet facilities, smoking area & always good vibes on the dance floor :-)

I really like it here, the music's nice and it's great for RnB and hip-hop. The dance floor does get a little cramped at times however and if the door staff were a little more friendly to guests that would be great too.

Great atmosphere, every night is catered to a different clientele from student nights to 'cavalli' Saturdays. Very impressed with the friendly staff and setting. Guaranteed a good night out, definitely one to try when in bath!

I love this club! The bar staff are so nice and the music is always amazing! My best nights out in Bath are always at Zero Zero. Saturday nights here have a very exclusive, upscale vibe.

Wednesday or Thursday nights is a great student scene, love! But weekends at zero zero excel on a completely different level. Class at Cavalli on a Saturday with great music and drinks, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Overpriced entry £15 to get in!! Plus £3 charge for clock room compulsory. Its minus 3 outside so ripping customers off. Dead atmosphere. Rude management. Avoid.
