My family and I visited the Park Spoor Noord and we loved the green open spaces. We also experienced a City of Antwerp market and live music. We saw folks barbecue-ing, sitting down, kids playing in the park. We saw boys skating and rolling blading on the concrete slabs under the bridge, whilst other families were simply enjoying the sun and music. It was a fantastic afternoon in the park for us. The park is easily accessible via public transport (bus) or just a short 15-minute walk from the Meir. It is a green space in the midst of the concrete jungle, and it is a welcome get-away indeed.

A beautiful and quiet place where you can sit and relax or play with friends. There is no asphalt so definitely not for roller skates but there is a small skate park and a play ground for kids.

The park itself is mediocre. Not enough trash cans. No benches for people to hang out. There are 2 tiny playgrounds that aren't even complete. This park has a very dirty and small dog park, compared to the size of the whole park. There's no lighting in the dog park at night, even though all the empty roads around it are lit up. Sensor or night lights would fix the lighting issue. A dog toilet would fix the dirtiness issue. It's also very easy to escape from the side. The fence is not high enough.
