The food, time and time again, is nothing less then a pure culinary art form. Sally and Issam, both the cooks and managers, are incredibly hospitable. It’s a restaurant worth all the stars and that is part of higher segment of dining experience. Here you pay for quality food and nothing less.

I totally support the idea of a female entrepreneur and that’s definitely admirable but both customers and the Lebanese-Syrian cuisine deserve respect. The prices are unfit for the place and quality of the food. The cold mezze is 13 euros on average and a small shish kebab 27 euros. They also add single-use kitschy plastic decorations, more care for sustainability!

Okay, this place is underrated. Even though the ratings are so high. The falafel was the best that I've had since Jordan. The owner is absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere is cozy. Just need them to be a little bit bigger to have a room for more seats 🙂

This was a great discovery. We were looking for a middle east restaurant and somehow we ended up in this Syrian restaurant We called last minute and they told us that there was space. The restaurant was crowded but not full which was a surprise after trying their food. The menu is quite simple, not very extensive. We (as always) over-orderer in order to try more things and everything was just delicious. We started with a hummus, it was simply delicious, served with flatbread. I missed a bit of a better olive oil on top of it, but that might be my Spanish blood, so will not complain about this. We also ordered falafel and a vegetarian dish with eggplant served covered with bread. Everything was extremely familiar but also had a twist to it. All service was very sweet and attentive. Something to highlight. The only con I would put to our visit is that they were a bit slow. The atmosphere was great and I was there with my partner and the atmosphere was great and friendly so the wait did not bother us, but to bring the first dish (hummus) it took around 30 minutes. The price point was on the affordable side if you take into account location, quality and serving sizes (we took 3 dishes for 2 people, a glass of wine and a bottle of water, we spent around the 60-70 euros and we were very full). Also, I do not know the reason but they offered every table a dessert for free which was amazing. Some type of cream (pannacotta texture - Syrians and Italians do not kill me for botching the respective desserts) with rose flavour and a strawberry coulis. Delicious!
