September 2019 update: Same very nice experience, with friendly and helpful employees. This time in the bigger room with kitchennet and air-condition. Great breakfast. Highly recommended! June 2018: Very nice Hotel, about 20 minutes from Vienna airport by car. English speaking, friendly and helpful staff at the reception and on the phone. Free parking upon availability at the Hotel yard. The room was nice, clean and tidy. Weather was very pleasant so we didn't need air-condition. (Buisness rooms have air-condition). Across the street there is OMV gas Station with a large Convenience store. Breakfast was a real good surprise, with variety and many choices to select from. A great start for any day. Highly recommended!

Impossible to sleep from 7am. The room cleaning starts at 7am and you feel yourself like on the dance floor because of the rush from the nearest rooms. The cleaning service start to knock in your door from 8am. I don’t understand why cleaning can not be started at 11 am or after check out.

Visited on Easter Sunday not much open for food. But great place

Good transit hotel with modern rooms and atmosphere. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Sound proofing is bad, you can hear people walking and talking in the corridors and next rooms. Breakfast was good but the young girl attending breakfast area was somewhat rude.

Location is NOT near the airport, it is a 47 euro taxi ride from airport to hotel. I also had a horrible experience with the staff. I did not stay at this hotel and was still charged. The lady who picked up the phone was incredibly rude and said I needed to cancel before 6pm. I made the reservation at 6:36pm and then took off in flight and was delayed in arriving until after midnight. I called them as soon as I arrived into Vienna and no one picked up either of my calls. I had my taxi drive me there and it was pitch black outside. With no way to check in, my taxi driver took me to another hotel. I explained this all to the lady on the phone and she did not care, she simply said I needed to cancel before 6pm. Great attention to customers, NOT!!!!!!

Great hotel: big rooms with air conditioning, bathroom with Italian shower. No mini bar, but a vending machine on the hallway. It has no restaurant, only a bar. For dinner I recommend the Asian restaurant 5 min down the street. Breakfast is really good incl. some sweet deserts. Coffee is very yummy and service is polite and quick. The hotel has some free outside parking spaces but also garage parking for a certain fee. All in all, I would definitely recommend it!

Spent already several times here. The rooms are fancy, new and very clean. Trendy bathroom and fine products. Very delicious breakfast and huge Sortiment. Only the cleaning team could be a bit more soft during vacuum cleaning ;O) But all in all - you can't do much wrong here. I felt at home here.

Clean, comfortable beds, safe parking a few restaurants within walking distance quiet neighborhood and friendly staff would most definitely stay here again

Very nice hotel. I did a quick 3 day visit, when flying from Vienna. I liked how room looked like, also staff is very nice, and service is of the highest level. Nearby is a train station, so you can travel with train to Vienna center, short ride. Would recommend visiting if you travel near Vienna.
