Absolutely terrible company and service + quality and condition of apartment at Belview apartments. Never again, do not recommend.

Nice apartment in Vienna next to Handelskai station! The description matches the advertisement, and the customer support is excellent. Edit: The deposit took over a month to be returned. They justified saying they didn't have my bank data, but I sent 3 times on different occasions. For that, I'm taking one start down.

Had a really pleasant experience at Blueground apartment in Vienna. Comfortable place, well equiped, good location. Our guest manager Dimitrios was always responsive and helpful, took a great care of us during our stay.

ALL IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS I rented a couple of short term apartments last year . The flats are very nice but the cleaning standards on receipt of the property were poor, especially the linen provided, including yellow staines, hair and smelly pillows and covers and certainly not reflective of the high prices . Their accounts department will not respond to your emails and the customer service team will just keep referring back to accounts . I was assured by customer service they would reimburse me for a bed duvet that was sent for cleaning and never replaced in late November with subzero temperatures . I am still waiting since then .

They are available 24/7 . Good service , nice homes . I can recommend to everyone .

Overall very well organised and really good. However, taking into consideration the price I would suggest to work on the two following issues: Local TV is not available. Instead a fire TV stick is offered. This is linked with amazon and you either have a prime account or you have to create one. 30 days free, then something like 8€ per month. Second issue, some standard items were missing, bigger bowl for salat, waste bins to seperate waste, some furniture in the bathroom for cosmetics. This, of course, varies from apartment to apartment.

Received the apartment very clean. Welcomed with more complementary items than any place I have stayed in. Excellently equipped kitchen. Heating/cooling system can be controlled simply. Buses, metro, restaurants, grocery store are just down the building.
