Very friendly and attentive. However, I ordered a wedding candle with a self-designed logo as a “foil print”. Unfortunately, small black dots/spots were already visible under the film when I picked it up. (wasn't perfect but acceptable) A few days later they started getting bigger and bigger (I have no idea what that was - maybe mold). We were able to return the candle and get the money refunded. However, according to our ideas, the time for a new wedding candle was too short.
