He also helped us with funding from the federal government, especially from the city of Vienna. Now we have had our first service and thanks to the “Value Guarantee” insurance we took out with him, the damaged board computer was immediately replaced free of charge. The service staff was competent and did a great job. In the meantime I enjoyed a delicious café. We live in Vienna, but there is a beautiful continuous cycle path along the Danube that makes up for the 50 minute journey. We would be happy to come back and can only warmly recommend this bicycle dealer and repair workshop for e-bikes for Vienna 👍😃

After a quick call and asking if they could help with a gear problem on a tricycle, I was invited to come by. I had to load my tricycle into the trailer and was there a short time later. The man left me speechless because he knelt down, turned this way, then pulled this way and then jerked this way and suddenly the 7 gears did what they were supposed to. In the conversation that followed, we met a competent person with a lot of experience and I can only recommend this team to every e-biker, especially tricycles and cargo bikers.
