I recently went to the club for a trial and had quite high expectations due to the professional website and the fights that the club regularly hosts. However, the receptionist sent me to the kickboxing group first, even though I was interested in boxing. When I realized this after half an hour of warming up, I arrived at boxing just in time because the boxing trainer was half an hour late. The lesson then consisted of the trainer briefly explaining a technique - the rest of the time we were supposed to do sparring. I (unlike the others) didn't have a mouth guard, let alone head protection, which wasn't discussed at all by the trainer (except "just don't hit it so hard"). This was quite dangerous, especially with less experienced sparring partners (there were only men present apart from me) who don't know how to judge their strength, but I didn't feel like I could have brought it up. The trainer also sparred with me once and actually hit me without any explanation - not hard, but without me learning anything. I ended up leaving the class extremely discouraged and with a headache. The interaction between the participants was super friendly and respectful and the lessons probably don't always go that way. Unfortunately for me it was the first and last time there.

I've been training there for a while now. On the positive side, everyone is really nice. Trainers and members. Sufficiently clean and equipment is in good condition. On the negative side, I've noticed for a while now that the quality of training varies MASSIVELY. On the one hand, there are trainers who explain the techniques and pay attention to correct execution, warm up properly and then stretch, but on the other hand, there are units in which the trainer simply shouts “DO YOU BOMB” and has zero interest in whether the exercise is carried out correctly. In general you can tell that he doesn't really care. Even with a small number of participants. That's a shame because I would have expected more guidance from my membership. What I also find very unprofessional is that the lessons often start long after the start time. Why should I be there 15 minutes before the start when my trainer starts 10 minutes later because he's still chatting upstairs? 3/5 - I would really like to see an improvement and more commitment from individual trainers here. If there is an improvement, I would be happy to adjust my rating afterwards.

I started training 2 months ago. I am very satisfied with the training and the trainers. Depending on the level you can visit different units. Sparring is not compulsory and there is an extra sparring day (Friday) for this purpose. Update: still happy. The group size varies greatly. I can see how beginners train next to really strong guys and everyone gets attention from trainers.
