    Refused to evaluate my jewelry because it was labeled. Wanted to charge a fee to evaluate several pieces. Repeatedly threw pieces away while saying "this is garbage". After labels were removed, offered € 480 for something evaluated € 575 elsewhere. When I refused and explained why, he argued it must had been evaluated when the gold value was higher. When I proved him otherwise (the gold value was 115,95 EUR/ounce lower), he argued he offered me the gold value in weight. When I proved him otherwise (the gold value in weight was € 795,11) and requested an explanation, he ignored.
