Nice place good service and a big selection. But don't be fooled rings aren't cheaper here either. I felt a bit pressured to buy something. The rings are most likely constructed in China or India with the last step done in Germany. Awarding them the "made in Germany" mark.

A store like I would never expect to find in Vienna. The products offer outstanding value for the price. The staff is excellent offering very good advice in a very friendly and professional manner. They stayed well beyond closing hours just to give the right and sincere advice. They followed through on every request promptly. I would without hesitation choose their services when needed! Service talk ist top, shop is nice, but in a much smaller shop 15 walking minutes away and got a 5-diamond ring cheaper, adjusted in 3 days. If they have not got your size, you must wait two weeks - that is not understandable. There are no products there which smaller jewellers would not offer, but higher prices.
