We entered the shop around 18:30 pm on 2nd June 2022. One worker (a man) asked us politely to wait. So we were waiting quietly. Then one receptionist started saying something to my fiancée in german. My fiancée said - ‘Sorry, do you speak English?’ The receptionist (a white woman) replied rudely - ‘We are busy and as you can see, these things take time. Okay?’ First of all, we didn’t even say anything to her. She was the one talking to us. Thank god, another employee (asian looking woman) came to us and spoke to us politely about the watch we wanted to buy. My advice would be that when you enter this place, forget talking, don’t even look at the white female employee. Choose either a man or the asian looking female.

Extremely poor service and horrible attitude. As longtime JLC and Rolex customer, I find it incredibly ridiculous that these people practically stop you at the door like you're a disturbance, and try to almost force you out without making the smallest effort to gain your business as a customer. If you are a serious watch owner, stay away and find a proper retailer who actually wants to put an effort as a luxury retailer, instead of poor imitation, which Bucherer Vienna is. Take your money elsewhere, and you'll be happy.

Now, I understood why Rolex bought you. Hope will be better service.

Extensive watch selection (and jewelry) from many top brands. We were treated very well and never rushed. Lea was so knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased 3 watches and was very satisfied.

I visited the boutique it is a landmark first of all. I was greeted and welcomed by the team and offered drink and a lovely piece of chocolate was on the side. Mr. Manfred was really great and knowledgeable and assisted me during my visit and was really generous with the time and considerable. Disgusting the treatment in this store. Not so far from it, there is another story with decent treatment.

I’m a a seasoned watch collector in 3rd generation that praises service, honesty and respect from ADs no matter where I am located at. But specially from Bucherer which I have been a client for lots of years now I can say with safety it’s on top of every other competitor I have encountered, period. Specially being in Vienna where you have many “nice” ADs with dreadful service you wont be disappointed. If you want to talk about watches, life, food and want to be treated with utmost quality, service and passion, I recommend Mr. Hideki Okura as your sales Rep. Ps: just in case: hype is not my thing.

Make sure to ask for Mr. Okura if you want an unparalleled shopping experience. Mr. Okura has a deep wealth of knowledge when it comes to timepieces and jewellery. Whether you're spending €2000 or €200000 you will be treated with the greatest respect. Also, Mr. Okura was exceptionally helpful with the tax refund paperwork. He speaks fluent German, English and Japanese that I know of - perhaps another language or two as well. Have fun!

While not all employees, are knowledgeable about all products, there are many professionals which love their workplace and serving the customers. The management and the repair team is outstanding.

Visited the shop end of July without appointment. Staffs were nice and friendly when asked to see the new version of Rolex sky dweller but of course no stock coming soon. I then met Nicole when I inquired about H.Moser, she was very professional and polite. Finally bought Streamliner with her. I had some issues with Tax refund at the airport but Nicole and her team helped me far beyond my expectation. Highly Recommened!! Would love to purchase again next visit if i see something interesting 😊

My husband and I both bought watches in Bucherer store in KaDeWe Berlin. The service was amasing thanks to Mrs. Irina. She was so professional and knowledgable but also super nice and friendly towards us every time. I would definitely recommend this store, they have great selection of luxury watches and jewellery.

I had an excellent shopping experience with Mr. Hideki Okura in Bucherer Vienna. Mr. Hideki is not only a professional with in-depth knowledge of the timepieces but also a gentleman whose friendly yet decent manners make your shopping remarkable. Vat-refund was a breeze, thanks to his kind assistance. If you plan to buy a watch, no matter if it is 100.000 or 1.000 Euro piece, he is your guy.

Worse customer service experience, seriously! I never write any reviews but wanted to share this one since i believe the attitude of employees of Bucherer Vienna (that i interacted with of course...went to the store twice) is totally unacceptable. I went to the store after calling them to have a look at a gold datejust and was sent back home rudely because my watch didnt have on the original leather band (which i have at home anyway) and they claim that rolex doesnt authorize them to touch any watch if original band isnt on....seriously??? so silly and for expecting in broad term a 'superior' customer experience one would expect for such premium brand..customers get treated really poorly. Went to Wagner and of course they took the watch immediately, no questions, fa more pleasant and professional....

At the Bucherer in Vienna, my fiancé and I received the best possible service. Especially working there Mr Hideki Okura was incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, patient and simply very professional. I wish all my shopping experiences were as amazing as the one at this particular shop. Once again- Bucherer in Vienna provided us with a highest level of a service perfection.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Bucherer's watch store. The selection of timepieces is impressive, and the customer service is truly excellent.
