Pros:
+
It
was
very
easy
to
make
an
appointment
online.
+
The
ordination
assistants
are
super
friendly
and
helpful.
+
Quite
modern
medical
practice.
+
Quite
easy
to
reach,
almost
directly
opposite
the
main
train
station.
Cons:
-
Mind.
1
hour
waiting
time
despite
an
appointment
that
you
make/book
1-2
months
in
advance.
-
I'm
not
a
fan
of
2-class
medicine
and
unfortunately
you
notice
very
clearly
once
you're
in
the
treatment
room
that
there
are
big
differences
here.
-
You
don't
get
the
promised
10
minutes
that
are
displayed
when
booking
an
appointment
online.
It's
dealt
with
within
2
minutes
and
many
questions
are
ignored
or
simply
not
answered
adequately.
-
The
doctors
always
seem
super
stressed
and
give
the
impression
that
you
are
just
being
a
bother
and
should
actually
leave
quickly,
even
though
you
have
just
greeted
each
other
once.
Personally,
I
think
it's
a
shame
because
all
the
doctors
(I
was
there
twice
and
each
time
with
one
of
Dr.
Gründler's
representatives)
made
a
very
professional
impression.
Would
I
go
again?
Unfortunately
I'm
afraid
not.
Although
I'm
not
one
of
those
people
who
wants
to
talk
to
the
doctor
for
half
an
hour
or
an
hour,
I
still
expect
the
attention
and
time
I
deserve
as
a
statutory
health
insurance
patient.
Would
I
visit
the
practice
as
a
private
patient?
Here
too
I
have
to
(unfortunately)
say
no.
As
already
described
above,
I
don't
believe
in
second-class
medicine.
I
am
aware
that
going
to
private
practice
"buys"
the
necessary
time
and
attention,
but
I
simply
cannot
and
do
not
want
to
support
this
system.
Every
patient
should
receive
equally
good
treatment,
regardless
of
whether
they
are
a
statutory
or
private
patient.
