Never in my life I have encountered such unfriendliness at the service desk. And this is the second time I have visited this place. I understand, this is probably not a dream job, but how many of us actually have such a job ... and still try to deliver our best. Extremely disappointing attitude with zero level of compassion. Such a shame for the institute, since the doctors are great!

I was just there with my wife, in Ordination B. They were sooo sweet, professional, and even if I follow FB Barcelona and not Real Madrid, unlike the doctor there, the cool woman that gave me the vaccine was very smooth :) Thanks for being so nice! Also super on time, no waiting.

Austrian say is one of the cheapest way to get the TBE or FSME (in german), also known as the Tick vaccination, which should be more promoted as if not treated it will cause an encephalitis. Here in Austria, the sympthoms are very well known. In case you are a tourist and they bite you, it may be difficult for your physician back home to recognize it. It cost around 28,58 €when you have the ÖGKK. The staff, the nurses and the doctors don't want to speak in english, not even repeating directions in german. I tried to explain myself the best I could in german so to not be explained anything at all and being treated in less than 5 min after 3 hours wait.

Great service and nice people. There was some waiting time, but it's a free consultation for everything health related while traveling.

Despite the long waiting lines (you really must be there very early in the morning, or right at the end), the doctors there really take their time and advise you the best they can and explain everything you would like to know, the risks, other tips for your trip. Everything in German but I think they are good with English too. I heard it should also be the cheapest Vaccination Center in town (at least you don't pay for the consult), but I really felt I am dealing with professionists. I got also a Vaccination Pass which is nice.

Caution! You have to take the vaccine with you yourself (!) You won't be warned in advance. I've never seen anything like this in my entire life. I “should have just found out more on the website beforehand” where? They don't know that themselves. Sometimes as a taxpayer you just wonder how much the authorities can screw you over

This is really a great service from the city of Vienna! It's not easy to get an appointment in the peak (flu) season, but otherwise it's really great! Booking (apart from a possible lack of appointments) is very easy online, extremely friendly and motivated people on site - from registration to the preliminary discussion to the vaccination. And everything is well organized. A role model for a big city!

Very friendly, you arrive almost at your own time, you don't notice any doctors in a hurry, everything runs smoothly, you just have to know how to behave (this also applies to children). What bothers me is that there is no cash payment. Thumbs up for the entire staff.

Excellent service. Got there around 815 and was out by 9. Doctor was very friendly and gave us good advice. Also everyone spoke English.

An extraordinary place, the information staff and the doctors who are very courteous and communicated perfectly in English. The service is fast, the place is clean, tidy, very comfortable.

Very poor call center service..Over one hour of waiting on telephone and no one,NO ONE,answer.. Also i still waiting for over 5 days the result of my covid test and i still didn't receive nothing,and because of that i cannot go to work since i will show the negative result of my Covid test
