    I have done the reservation on booking.com. It appeared that the apartment would be perfectly suited for a short stay with my family. However, it turned out to be a massive disappointment. I booked 3 nights for around €300 in total. The apartment was very dirty and unhygienically. There was hair and crumbs on the couch and on the bed. The furniture was damaged. The kitchen was not clean and lacked necessary equipment. Also, in the bathroom and on the bed, you could find traces of the previous tenants. See photos. Therefore, of course we decided to leave the apartment on the same day on which we arrived. I was trying to get to an agreement with the personnel. However, no one responded on my phone calls, even not to my messages on the mailbox. Furthermore, there are no employees in person. You can only talk to a camera. Their final answer was that they cannot and will not help me on this. My recommendation is to avoid this apartment in order to not waste your time and money. The apartment employees refused to accept my cancellation and have also refused to reduce the costs. For this reason, unfortunately, I will have to take legal action.

    Although the rooms look clean, they are not clean. They didn't even put on the blanket cover. There was a lot of male hair on one of the blankets. It looks like there is a kettle in the photos. No kettle. They are rude when you ask. There was even hair in the dishes in the kitchen. We rewashed everything. We could not reach anyone when we entered the room. The doors were locked. We waited in the street. Two more people were waiting with us. When we managed to get in, 2 other people were also discussing on the phone with the staff. He was very angry and yelling to staff... The rooms are like prison rooms. The windows face a wall. Front of the windows were full of cigarette butts. Impossible to reach someone by phone, because they never answer our calls. When we asked for toilet paper, they replied "buy it from the market". The shower stall is leaking water. You have to clean the bathroom. There is no stove in the kitchen. All aside, they are incredibly rude employees. They are behaving very badly. Also the internet was very slow. If you want to work during your stay, it's impossible. It was definitely a very bad stay. Definitely stay away from here. Terrible experience.

    This is the worst place to stay and I do not recommend anyone to book here. Firstly, the service is horrible. It's not possible to reach anyone, even though they claim that you can text or call them. However, whenever we tried to do so, we only got an automatically generated answer. I will attach screenshots. The check in was through a phone call and a computer screen and whoever sits there seems to choose whenever they want to interact because when I tried "calling" the reception again, no one answered. (even though it was within the time frame) Secondly, the apartments are dirty. At first glance it looks okay, but the bedding has stains from who knows what, the dishes were sticky when we wanted to use them and they are not even fully equipped for the number of people staying. It doesn't seem like there is a room service that cleans because there were still leftovers of the people staying here before us. The fact that it's impossible to reach anyone shows how unprofessional and of low quality everything here is. I strongly advise not to book here.

    Location is good. Room was big. Once upon a time these were probably decent. Now they are a disaster. But the service. Oh wow. Truly the worst of the worst. Also not enough cutlery or crockery. All stools, no chairs. Broken crockery which my wife cut her hand on. But back to the service. Truly useless and don't respond if you have a problem. They claim to have lockers but most are broken. Those that aren't are small and easy to break into. Avoid this place unless you get dirt cheap rates and will be using trains alot for days out. Oh, and you have lots of various people hanging about the front door smiling and doing goodness what else. Just avoid. And the service... have to again say how truly useless and awful they were. We were supposed to get a microwave and cooker. No microwave was there and the door of the oven was falling off. We were promised they would be fixed but never were. And they then wanted to charge us for AC. Refused to pay them anything else. AVOID AVOID AVOID

    This apartment is so bad do not pay for this find something better. It’s very expensive for what they offer. There are no dish and accessories in the kitchen for you to cook and eat. That’s really bad! So you are saying that this is not your apartment and that you are not renting it out, that is very interesting. Betariel apartments S32 and S22 not yours. Dear guests, when you enter the apartment, I repeat... a chaos of dishes and utensils awaits you in the kitchen. If you find dishes that are dirty, you cannot eat from them. I lived in these apartments for a very long time and always the same dirt. Do not go to this apartment!!!

    A truly lousy business. They canceled our reservation, even though we were there at the checkin time they stated for their own absurd reasons. They did not refund the 400 euro they took from us, even though we did not stay. We had to sleep on the street because of their stupid behavior. Absolutely unreliable and fraudulent company. Give our money back. That's not fair.

    Absolute dump! Don’t waste your money or time with this place. Extremely dirty and in need of major repairs/maintenance. Spend a little more money and you will appreciate it. The apartment we rented looked like it had seen better days and had been mainly used for people to get drunk and party in. Dirty markings on the walls, open dry wall cutouts, dirty vents, dirty bedsheets and the bath tub looked like someone took a dump in it. The dining table (if you could call it that) had extreme water damage and was falling apart. Room also didn’t have a deadbolt to lock the door from the inside but luckily there was a hole drilled through the door for someone to look from the outside in. Don’t believe the photos, they were taken 10 years ago or the owner is very good at photoshop. We rented for two nights but decided to only stay one due to the conditions of the property. I’m ashamed I let my family stay that long. As other reviewers have mentioned the check in process is horrendous! Owner doesn’t respond in 10 minutes like he says he does. People standing around confused no one to physically speak with just a large touch screen and a creepy Ring doorbell camera watching 👀 you (see photo). Property manager/owner wanted to know; the name, date of birth and passport ID of every person staying at the property very odd. I’m waiting to receive an identity theft alert from my credit card company.

    dont go there, its very disgusting, dirty and disgraceful for an apartement! there is hair and other dirt on the beds, the floor and the walls, the check in was horrible and the staff is unfriendly

    This is the worst place I’ve ever been! The service is rude and arrogant. The facilities are broken and dirty. They advertise parking, but they sent us to park on the street. AC for additional fee and after we paid was leaking Internet is not working. They collect 100€ deposit, which I don’t know if they’ll return, because half of the facilities were broken already. I don’t know how this properly can be rated 3 stars on booking?!? This is awful!!! Please avoid.

    Our balcony was locked to open in our apartment. There are no live-people services, only WhatsApp and digitally chat-service over monitor, on the entrance hall. It is not for families! You have no guarantee about the parking place -they lied to me.

    Not recommended ! Nicht zu empfehlen ! Nie polecam ! Service is really poor! I have been waiting 4 hours to get into the room. No response from the host at all! The entire system is ridiculus, once you cannot get into the building, sencondly you cannot not check-in easily. Zero data privacy at the check-in counter. Small rooms with nasty bathrooms! The host is a lair saying "I will come soon", and after 4 hours there's still nobody there. Talking to the host via what's up you feel like talking with the bot, not a human. There is no one who takes care of you so it's only your luck if you enter the room. The rooms and the place does not look like in the pictures. Do not come here, if you don't want to be frustrated and dissapointed.

    Fantastic room, it was cool with excellent ac. The bathroom stayed completely dry with the brilliant drainage. The sink also was clean and not plugged. The reception was quick and easy, and throughout my stay i never felt unsafe of feel that the place was not clean👍 We got to know the other customers and made some new friends - also other tenants were well behaved.

    My experience at this apartment was average for various reasons. The conditions in the rooms were relatively good at an affordable price! There is also the possibility of parking for a fee, but their number is limited. In the first two days I met all kinds of strange and dubious people in front of the building but also inside it. After driving 800km in conditions of rain, snow and traffic... I was penalized with €30 because I arrived at the check-in an hour later than the interval specified when I made the reservation...

    Before I booked this I read some booking reviews…considered it was a mixed bag and I booked it. After that, I went on maps to see the surroundings and I saw the rating and the comments. I ruined my day effectively by reading them… so many disappointed people by this accommodation. Tried canceling it with no effect and went to the check in with a lot of thoughts. The check in part I must admin it was kinda unique, it took me 3-5mins to figure out which of the entrances was the one that I needed. After the check in, I wanted to see the apartment. We had the apartment T28, 4th floor. It was unexpectedly clean and OK. The only complaint about it was a persistent smell from the kitchen. Check the attached pictures. I really don’t know why so many bashes but our apartment was fine. Last thing, about parking the car. You cannot park it in front of the block, we found a park&ride facility nearby. Almost forgot, you’ll be charged 100eur deposit. I received the money back via revolut in 1 day after the check out. Good luck!

    Please be aware of this property! It's a total scam! Report it to the police! I've made a booking on 16th of September, we could not check in because their system wasn't working and they charged me a security deposit which they never refunded. Report it to the police ASAP so they can shut it down.

    The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. There’s even a penthouse unit. However, one thing that I’m not satisfied is the check-in flexibility, as it is served with a screen and it only at 3pm. It is inconvenient for travelers who had pre-planned and want to explore the city more. Other than that, it’s fine. But it may be my last visit. (I have no choice but to forfeit my booking as I already bought a morning train ticket to Salzburg)

    This place is a scam. My mom booked through booking.com and she had an identical experience as the other reviews in here. What’s surprising is they seem to have deleted/covered up the negative reviews on booking.com and that’s why people keep falling into the same crookery. They charged her the full rate despite not staying in the apartment and just stayed in Motel One a few blocks away. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

    I booked their and they said that there is no check-In before 3 pm . Then the instructions were not clear I did not get any information we I got there I discovered every thing out only after one hour and a half. It is not that much security there no keys and the elevator is not working and I didn’t like there responses it is not quick and give you all the information.

    Please be aware before made any booking of this hotel. They charge you with 200 euro of deposit. In my case they returned my money back after long argue and complicated procedure. Just be aware 🤌🏼

    I booked apartment in this property week ago. They took full payment and +100 euro of security deposit. I checked in online, added image of passport and all information needed. Also i wrote them i can be late because i had a flight in the evening and they can delay sometimes. I had messages how to check in but didnt do screenshot. We were 5 min away from this building and i got a message from my bank about 130 euro taken from my account and saw they canceled my booking. I had screen of pin of the main door. We entered and tried to call to the property managers but no one was answering. Also i saw small lockers for keys with code. So it was possible to check out. But they just took my money and left us without place to stay at 1.30 am in unknown city. And booking.com can do nothing! Dont book apartments here!

    DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE If it was possible to give a negative mark, I would do it. We had many issues with this place as no Employee is physically there and no contact for 72 hours, they never reply to the phone. We had never been able to access to our room. The location is not bad for the price but please do not waste your time and money and book somewhere else.

    What can I say. It is what you pay for. But let's be positive about the mistake. The place is close to the Central station and behind it you will find a high street with shops, pharmacy and a metro station. Only 4 stops you are in central Vienna. Now, the booking into your room is complicated. READ ON: after we booked, we got an email with the code to get in. Right, the building has 4 entrances. Coming from Central station, it is the 3rd entrance the code will allow you in. In front of you an ipad screen with a camera. That's the reception!! You press the buzzer and wait. Keep an eye on the screen. I had to do this because their link for us to write the arrival form would not work. Now, when they answer (writing on the iPad screen) answer their questions. Ours was the arrival form e.g. passport, names, address, etc. DON'T GIVE YOUR VISA number. Not safe. But type the answers (click X to close the keyboard screen then click on the screen? Works) and watch. They will go through all the form boxes until satisfied. You sign the screen at the end process. NOW get your phone camera, they will type the instructions how to get to your room and the codes to get in, including a code for your bedroom door. No keys, just codes. One thing we got wrong. It said go to the number 22 of the street. You are on number 22 of the street that unfortunately is called 10 stressa, that's the street name. Only pay attention to which of their 4 doors you need to use. Remember from the station is door 1, 2, 3 then 4. You are inside the door 3. Confused? We were. Note that the codes to get in changes. Once in the room, don't panic. Our room had so many damage items. And so hot, but to turn the Aircon ON you need to pay them in advance to get the controller. The fridge freezer worked. Washing machine and kettle and a microwave. Our stove hob was broken, we decided not to use it. Take pictures in case they decide to charge you for damaged items. Now relax and don't leave valuables inside. I've noticed the deliver boys breaking the door open to delivery pizza, food etc. Now go down the road, a nice small supermarket and a coffee shop.

    I paid online, arrived but couldn't check in. I was tired after long journey so I slept in my car. They just get you payment and leave you. Never had such awful feelings like that.

    Some of rooms are refurbished offices or shops or something like that - ground floor with direct exit to the street. Basically you open the door next to your bed and you are on the street! This is not bad just quite unusual and maybe even interesting. :) Check in was also quite an adventure probably the longest I have ever had- webcam was broken, you can communicate wit the staff through they pc notepad by typing on the screen. They dont call you on the phone and you can not call them either. So imagine if you start writing and staff starts to write at the same time as well so you have a word that starts with what you are typing and ends with whatever staff has written - it all goes in one line.... Complete nightmare... You can not reach staff by phone or whatsapp either, they just not answering you... Also they charge you 100eur safety deposit, I was not aware of this till the moment they charge it upon checking in ...

    3/5. The nooks and crannies were dirty which was rather disgusting, and parts of the rooms were had ugly piping There was an elevator and the rooms had airconditioning which was great, except for the upstairs one which AC couldn't cool down the room. Price was good, about 666 euros for 3 days, which was quite good for the amount of beds (12 or so).

    Cheap, but not cheap enough. deserving of every one star review they have. The wallpaper was peeling and a window was hanging half out the frame. The staff clearly do not care about the building or its patrons, as they are happy to let it rot. The icing on the cake however, is how they tried to dishonestly snatch more money off of us by planting a cigarette butt in our apartment after we left and claiming expenses for 'damage caused to the room by smoking'. we are non smokers and took photographs of every corner of the room right as we moved in. after showing them the pictures they tucked their tails between their legs and ran. utterly shameful behaviour from a sham of a company. if we had not been cautious and taken the photographs, they would not of walked back their lies. i'd suggest that anyone who needs to stay here do the same thing and take very thorough pictures of the apartment just in case they attempt to scam you too.

    Apartment with poor equipment - not enough dishes and glasses for everybody, dirty pans and nearly broken chairs. The staff was only contactable via messaging and the check-in was organised through a Webcam. The staff also had their own rules concerning the hosting of young people in their apartment which couldn't be found nowhere in advance. Pros: very cheap and good location within reach to the main station (5 minutes walk). Worth for just sleeping there, not more.

    The location just 5 minutes away from the hbf was comfortable and the price was pretty good. BUT: theres no person at the check in, so you have to talk to a computer what is completely trash. There were hair,dirt and yellow spots everywhere on the pillows and the whole apartment wasn’t clean at all. The gym doesn’t exist idk and the couch in the apartment which has been shown on the pictures on booking.com neither. So if you’re searching a cheap apartment to stay in vienna I can recommend it, but if you want to spend some more time in the apartment You definitely shouldn’t go there!!!

    Total scam. Do not book because you don’t get what is in offer(photos are not real). Please, read other opinions, before you book. We hadn’t done that and now we cannot get any money back and booking didn’t help us. Edit: Final photos look different than in real. It is pathetic what you’re writing. Please people do not book this “apartment”, because it is well-convinced fraud. It should be banned on booking I don’t know why it is not still blocked

    Horrible. Everything is dirty, there is dirt everywhere. Something was spilled in the hall when we arrived and the dirt was there when we left two days later. Inside the little room it is slightly cleaner, but not by much. The sink is does not drain water properly, there are stains on the towels, walls, table. The furniture has dents. Also, prepare to fight to get your 'safety deposit' back. Do not believe the reviews on Booking.com.

    The management is terrible. No one is there to meet you. They promised a lock-box availability, and there were none. There was water leaking to the bathroom floor, and thery were not able to fix it during my 4-day stay. On top of that, they CHARGED ME 200 EURO PENALTY for smoking in the room, while I am a NON-SMOKER, neither is my wife who stayed with me! I am still trying to get that money back but do not have much hope. A TOTAL SCAM!

    Don't know why the rating is so low because this was a really good and cheap apartment. Sure it had a few scratches on the walls inside but nothing to complain about. Also the check in was super easy, like just type your basic information on a screen? A lot of reviews comment it was super hard but it was just fine. Our password for the door didn't work one time so we contacted the staff, even tough it was really late they replied fast and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes.

    Dirtiest accommodation I have ever been! All of the house equipments were broken. Gas stove is not working, all of our groceries were wasted! Even if you raise a concern/complaint they will not answer you. Rooms/bathrooms/WC no lock. Airconditioned are not functioning. All of their description in Agoda website was not true. All of the windows are broken too.

    Incredibly terrible service. The only good thing is that the room seems to be clean. Everything else is terrible. And I do not say that lightly... This level of service would be fair for 12 EUR per person per night. Not a cent more... and that stinking lobby. Ugh! The check-in process was so stupid via a touch screen with a windows notepad and someone on the remote side typing in instructions... It took like 20 minutes to check in even when I did their online checkin before...then I was helping other confused people that were not able to type/read English. Also, I wanted to pay for a parking spot, but I had no place to park during this insane check-in, so I had to leave the car far away and walk with kids and all my luggage... really terrible experience.

    It's not even worth half the price you pay. Very small room, 5 chairs for a 6 persons apartment, not enough glasses, plates, ecc, it was supposed to have a kitchen but it was only a microwave, the hairdryer completely broken. Really just pay a little more for something better, because the price/quality ratio is really bad in this place

    I didn't like it because I went to the room, and there was a very dirty dishwasher that was filled with water and dirt, it stink very badly. dishes in the room are also dirty. the room was all beaten, painted, lay on the bog of roofs, tiles. the window didn't open, because the switch was broken. we were removed 100 euros deposit, and returned 80, to the question why not returned all the sum, the answer wrote you we returned all the diposis.

    Upon arrival the check in process was extremely frustrating, the construction man had to show me which place it was. Entering the room, the smell was so over whelming of urine I had to wear a mask! Now I don’t want to stay but I continue in & I see hairs all over the bedding! The bathroom was horrific smelling so I opened the rooms windows for 30 minutes & it still didn’t help! At this point I wanted to cancel, I immediately called the number I was given & no answer! Tried several more times and nothing. I had been traveling for 20 hours & needed to sleep so I dealt w/it only to wake up @ 7:15am to massive loud construction drilling that never stopped until I left @ 9am! I would appreciate being compensated for the horrible experience for my first night in Europe, but still have yet to hear back!!!

    I made a reservation for one night 30 minutes prior arriving. When I got there, the place looked filthy, smelled horrible and looked nothing like the pictures. I can’t complain about the check in cause I think it would have been really easy, but the person staying on the other side of the tablet was extremely rude and unprofessional. My reservation was 73€, they wanted me to pay 100€ as a “security deposit” and I asked them nicely if they could just cancel my reservation without paying anything since I literally just made the reservation. The person I talked to was so unprofessional and rude. The place was full of immigrants and it gave me no confidence that I would get my deposit back, because I was stopping there to rest and I would have spend maximum 5 hours on that room. The place is a money laundering business and needs to be looked into. After i talked with the owner and told him to cancel cause I don’t want to stay there, he tried to charge me 173€ which meant my reservation and the 100€ fee. On the booking app it said my cancellation fee was 43€, far from 173€ if you ask me. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I called the owner 2 times with no reply, texted him on whatsapp. Maybe this place is accommodating immigrants, maybe it’s just a fraud place, but it definitely needs to be gone.
