    bought apple leather case which started changing Color in 2 months and the guy from genius maintenance told me go tell that to consumer protection act and left the table. Never imagined this can happen in Apple store ...it was funny actually to see people like that but weird

    I’ve got a very weird situation at this store. I bought a new phone and a case for it, but I didn’t try the case on at the store. At home I discovered that they sold me the case for the wrong model. When I came back to the store they told me they they cannot exchange the case and I need to return my phone and the case together because they are in the same receipt. That was strange because I have already started using the phone and if I gave it back I wouldn’t be able to get another one immediately because they were out of stock. After all it was the assistant who made the mistake, not me. I felt pretty disappointed. Cannot say that the staff was friendly… all in all the service in Apple Store Vienna and in Austria in general leaves much to be desired…. And they told me that I gonna receive a receipt on my email , and it’s been 4 days now and I got no receipt so far

    Needed to wait a bit even though I had an appointment. But Daniel was super nice, friendly, professional and helpful. I’m glad I got him as the consultant today as he had great advices and also solved my issue in no time.

    It’s a very organized and nice store but because of COVID 19 you can not walk in the Apple store you need to buy something sadly:( but to enter you need a FFP2 mask if you don’t have a mask the employees will give you one and you only can go in the store if you have a negativ corona test result or a vaccination :)) very friendly staff too. Sometimes crowded and long lines…

    incompetent repair service and help with a defect air tag. An exchange would have been the only proper support. So I had to toss it in the garbage without a battery naturally. The only thing that worked from the start! Prices high, quality sucks and service a joke!

    The most terrible experience. I've been to many Apple Stores, but this one is the worst one imaginable. I had an appointment at 13:00. I was approached at 13:50, and they approached my question in a completely unprofessional manner. The employee was one step away from being openly rude to me, vehemently showing his displeasure. They didn't fix my problem without explaining why. Please avoid this place...

    Considering that I have been to several Apple stores, I can say that the employees in this store are nowhere near as friendly and professional as others. I had a few questions when purchasing the product and the salesperson was so rude and kept trying to hurry up and be done with me as soon as possible. All in all definitely not the Apple experience I expect.

    I really had the worst customer experience there. changing their claims to make me pay, refusing to help me by any means however ,My iPhone 13 is still under warranty and when I wanted to speak to a manager, she had a very rude attitude!! it sounds like a joke that the manager herself doesn’t know how to handle and be nice to the customer as any junior customer “care” representative!!

    The service is fast and the staff are friendly and professional, they speak good English and provide you with a seamless experience. The place though is small compared to other Apple stores. An other thing is the prices of the accessories, they are not at all reasonable

    Apple used to be a great store… Unfortunately we spent more than one hour for an attendant… There is no water, no toilet and you can’t lieve the store and come back. The sellers are always “busy”, there is no information about the waiting list… Definitely the worst store ever!

    Chaotic night before the lanunch, shop workers and security does nothing. We play the first will be the last and the last will be the first game. A young “boss” with long lists and paid clients wants to be served first. I haven’t knew that this is a wholesale store! 🤔

    It is the worst BY FAR experience on an Apple Store. I’ve been trying to buy an iPhone for a week, and all three visits I took to the Apple Store either I was completely ignored, then was supposed to wait on a line to be able to talk to someone. And the last time the Apple guy simply said. We will close in 45!!!! minutes, better you came at another day. Attendees are absolutely not prepared for public interaction. NEVER expected something like this on an Apple Store. If you need anything, forget it!

    We wanted to buy a device, we asked the employee how we could get our turn, he wrote us down and told us to wait 10 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting, nobody asked us anything. Different people made their purchases even though they entered the store an hour and a half after us. If you don't speak German, don't try to buy anything because you won't be able to.

    Worst Apple Store ever. Ordered online pickup of AirPods Pro(2nd generation), they were with defects. Return next day, they told me that I can’t change it and I need to wait up to a week to get money back. Okay, no problem. Waited, bought new one and they are with same defect,AGAIN!, then one more week of waiting btw.

    Just purchased the newest version of Apple Watch series 6. Best Apple Watch. Friendly staff, quick, no lines. Taken before the booked time. All questions were answered. Great service, always will be back. I owe now thanks to the amazing staff in store and outside, an iPad, iPhone 12pro, and Apple Watch series 6. Thank you Apple, it’s great to be part of the Apple family. Recommended to friends and family ❤️🤙

    Asked on email how is going when they cleaning my macbook. They not answered anything only "book appointment". I called the store, they said the cleaning process is free and I can wait there till they finish my device. I booked an appointment, arrived at time and 3 guys said 3 different answer to me. Not possible to clean it for free, they want to charge it for 110 euros. Not possible to wait the full process there because they are "busy". They recommended an other company for my request. What a stupid attitude. Visited first time this poor place, but I'm sure I never will go back to this store again. Waste of time and no knowledge about basic questions.

    Apple Support guided me to visit the Store to solve the AC+ purchase issue. Unfortunately store team didn’t even try to help and just said that they can’t sell AC+ for any not purchased from them device and advices to sell!!! my 7 days old AirPods to someone and buy new from their store. On my request to buy my AirPods adviser asked me to be polite! Never thought that I’d get such experience from official Apple Store in the hear of Vienna. Two stars only because store is interesting.

    My niece went in the shop 5 minutes before closing. We drive 45 kilometers in order to buy 15 pro max model. I was told that shop closes end worker has to go home. You are REALLY think that it's normal? Steve hope you you see it. In the miyof Wien! You are losing humanity.

    very supportive and informative employees. they are really energetic. you can have rest, enjoy their free wifi and also in the meantime you may charge your phone if necessary. first floor is more suitable.

    I gotta say this Apple Store saved me😂 my phone was about to die and I just went in to use one of their chargers, there was a photo lab workshop going on. If you ever need to charge your phone, this is the place (instead of buying one😂)

    I had 2 completely different experiences in this store. I wanted to trade my iphon for a newer version. On Wednesday i came to this store and one of the workers was not kind, he was impatient, and had absolutely no interest to assist me. Today i came back and found 2 lovely girls. Karin was very kind, patient, professional and helpful. She helped me with almost everything and when she encountered a problem she couldn’t resolve, she sent to me her college iwanka who helped me complete the transfer. So if you come to this store, I recommend finding one of those 2 girls. They provide excellent service.

    the 1-star review is for their service team, the so-called Genius Bar; whenever I saw them bcs. of some problems, the people a.) acted surprisingly arrogantly, did not listen to the problem description but just ticked their checklist boxes, and b.) not a single time actually solved my problem. I had issues with Airpods, they told me to clean them, their peers in the Apple Store in Haarlem (NL) simply exchanged the Airpods. I had an issue with an iPhone display, they came up with suspicions it might have been tampered with and even would have refused paid fixing. Another Premium reseller just changed the display within dealer warranty. I made multiple appointments for the same day, bcs. I also had issues with some of my kids' devices; they tell me on site that I can only have two cases per day, and would have to make new appointments. In total, the Vienna Genius Bar team really needs an upgrade. For now, don't go there.

    Waited like 10 minutes before an employee came to tell me I need to book an appointment. I booked one to which they said the waiting time will be 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes after that no one came to service me even though the employee I specifically needed(for the Apple Watches) was just sitting around doing nothing. I just left pissed..

    I've read a lot of comments about this place and it's clear that it depends on who is taking care of you. Fortunately, I got it right and I have a very good experience with this store (genius Bar). I was served by Robin - great customer service, fast and to the point! After many inconveniences with my MacBook, I successfully solved the issue here. The product was purchased in the UK and the Apple Support Manager in the UK told me that the product must ONLY be returned in the UK. I couldn't believe it, but since that's what the customer service manager assured you, I couldn't do anything else. I almost booked the flight, but I decided to contact Apple Support again. Thank god I did it! I found a competent person who contacted this store in Vienna and confirmed that I could arrange everything what I need there. Pros: great location, good customer service (I was directed by security at the front door straight to Genius Bar, pre-book the appointment!), everything quick and to the point. Cons: very busy and crowded place, I needed to remind a person at the Genius Bar that I'm still waiting. Thank you Apple Kärntner Straße.

    Ordered an ipad online, and I chose to pick up in the store. I only checked the ratings here after the payment and to be honest I was scared at first because of the negative comments. I arrived here before opening time and right after 10 am I was able to talk to a shop assistant. He was very friendly and after 5 minutes I happily left the store with the ipad. I guess I was very lucky.

    The store is spectacular, most of the vendors are very friendly except for one of the managers, whose name I can't remember, who was extremely anxious to complete my purchase when his colleague was completing another transaction at the same time. That level of anxiety leaves a lot to be desired for working in customer service. You have to downshift.

    I was in their shop to buy airpods and it took awhile for someone to help me. And i was asking for the tax return and they told me i could get it since i dont live here in Austria. But when we were about to process the assistant told me i could not get it since i live in Norway and i explained that other shops always gave me the tax return and i didn’t had any problem with it. But she didn’t want to listen and told me she didn’t understand why i’m getting it since i’m not travelling outside Europe. If i should have known i should have bought it in Norway since its cheaper.

    Had a couple of things to buy in the shop. Added myself in the waiting list as well as a few ppl after me. Several free apple ppl stayed and asked to wait doing nothing saying that they are not sales (but I needed just pay). Waited up to 20 mins bought nothing as all sales were “busy”

    I see so many negative reviews, but I had a really positive experience. I am traveling on holiday and my old iPhone XS had major screen glitches to the point where I could no longer use the phone. They helped me first diagnose the issue, and then since I wanted a new device anyway in the fall, they helped me purchase a new phone. I am from the U.S., and they discussed any issues I might have with a European phone (very few) and then helped me get set up. Everyone spoke perfect English and they kept checking on me as the device was being set up. Daniel, Soheil (spelling?), and a woman whose name I never got were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions, even helping me get set up with buying a protection policy. While no one wants to spend a few hours unexpectedly in a store when on vacation, they made it a very pleasant experience. I really thank them for getting me out of a bad situation as I had no other devices on me for directions / communication, Etc…

    Went to the store yesterday bought an iPhone the staff Thomas asked me if I need a bag I said no but second thought I actually need it to bring all the stuff I just bought to home so I told him can I have a bag pls. He told me no so I ask him why. He told me bcuz I asked u 😅😅😅😅 I was just ???? R u serious???? I don’t know this is some kind of Joke or what but this isn’t funny at all he totally ruined my experience in this store And at the end I still didn’t get my bag😉

    New battery for iPhone installed in this Apple Store, deeply discharged! Last October I had a battery replaced, for EUR 99. Repair ID: R6009918XX. The battery was sold at a 3% charge, which is a critical level, especially knowing that that discharge level was kept for weeks or months (while an “old” new battery was being stored longer than it should have). The effects are already evident, the phone battery is already visibly loosing performance, and two formal complaints with Apple had no result. Customer care, despite the pricing, is poor. In case if you nonetheless decide to use the repair services of this store: Check the battery charge status at installation and refuse delivery if discharged.

    Terrible experience waiting in line for 7 hours from 3:00 AM for the new iPhone 15 release. Hundreds of Ukrainians who were buying tons of iPhones with multiple different credit cards (casually using Androids and android accesories) to resell phones somewhere. They were getting ahead in front of multiple people in queue, cheating, tried to fakely organize the whole crowd at the start, so they could put themselves first in the queue. But the worst thing, Apple didn’t do anything to prevent this, even with multiple security watching over the queue. Apple took so long to start organizing the crowd, so that even though we came among the first people there, we ended up among last people once they finally told us where the queue starts. After waiting 7 hours, they suddenly told us they will no longer accept anyone in and they dissolved the crowd by telling us to “come later” - like what the hell you mean later if the stock is already sold out? First and last experience with the Apple Store for me.

    I got the BEST service from Ralph from the Genius Bar!! He took the time to help me and also run the tests. He also write the report so I can use for the shop I bought the Apple product. AMAZING!!! This comes after a few disappointments with the GeniusBar. Ralph brought back the great Apple service ☺️ Thank you!!!

    Been there several times for purchases and repairs—sometime the waiting time is a bummer, but most times if you have an appointment it will be fine. The employees were mostly helpful, patient, clear and polite.

    Very busy place!. Some waiting time must be considered. Friendly staff. Would come here again. Depending on repairs needed some service options are done there. Unfortunately my phone could not be repaired as they considered it beyond repair. Standard options of trade in are available. Secondly My watch wasn’t charge properly. Fast charging wasn’t working anymore so I was sent in and it took a few days as it is sent to CZ for diagnostics. It is unfortunately not an obvious fault/damage. Now the original watch was returned without repair or replacement. This was all under apple care plan!! Not very happy with this. But this has nothing to do with this shop as it was sent to CZ. What I find strange is that when one walks in with a damaged equipment replacement is provided then and there if covered by apple plan. But in my case nothing was done. I take care of my equipment too well i guess. Kind of sends the wrong signal. There should be an option for people who take care of their devices and don’t claim apple care for a chance of an upgrade!! E.g. Two teenagers came in with a smashed phone and got an immediate replacement. My watch looked good on the outside so I feel it was not taken seriously. Feels quite unfair imho.

    I recently visited the Apple Store at Kartner Strasse and was blown away by the exceptional customer service and support I received at the Genius Bar. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The store itself was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The staff members were all friendly and approachable, and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had about their products or services. I felt like I was in good hands from the moment I walked through the door. When I had an issue with my device, I made an appointment with the Genius Bar. The process was simple and straightforward, and I was able to choose a time that worked for me. When I arrived, the Genius who helped me was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. They diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently, and they took the time to explain what was happening and what my options were. Throughout the entire experience, I felt like the team at the Apple Store genuinely cared about me and my device. They went above and beyond to ensure that I left the store feeling satisfied and confident in my purchase. Overall, I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of Apple products or support.     Very well organized and supportive staff. A little bit longer waiting time, but that is normal because of Christmas time. Especially want to thank Lukas who is really professional and answered all our questions with the smile. Definitively would recommend this store.

    I waited here on a queue for 20 min. On the beginning the host didn’t put me in the waiting list and there were some Russian coming to the store from the street. They cut the queue for a few times. I claimed to the manager and the manager tried to push all the responsibilities to one reason that I don’t know the whole process. At the end I received an apology without any sincerity . Everything was very offensive and extremely bad attitude. In 2024 there is still racism in Apple
