Awesome store for runners. Had my feet and balance measured, as well as running steps tracked with a camera to find the best shoe to fit and correct my form. Mikey was a huge help and very knowledgeable, helping me find a pair that I walked out very happy with (still wearing, and running in 20min later).

Had a wonderful experience my first time in. Bought a shoe that felt amazing for two months but completely fell apart. Return conversation was completely unhelpful, and they tried to sell me shoes 20eur (170) more expensive. Runner extravagance , but not helpful at all. I will never return.

Good store to grab runners and other sports gear. Really good consulting by the employees. They take time to explain everything to you and let you try out a variety of different shoes which also get measured on your feet. Highly recommended.

Very polite staff and what is even more important they REALLY know their job. They did a nice analysis with explanation and we were offered six pairs of shoes from which we could make a good decision. Highly recommend. I had a really nice experience at WEMOVE: they gave me loads of their time to help me make the right decision with professional advice and weren't patronising in the least as can be the case in other shops. Great selection of running trainers and they even understood my German! Highly recommended.

I happen to be sitting outside this store and watched a woman try on about a dozen different shoes over more than half an hour and run around with each of them. Whoever the salesperson is taking care of this maniac should get some retail awards as well as very good medication for free.

I bought my first FiveFingers running shoes there and the guy who counseled me was clearly an experienced runner and the staff was generally super friendly. I'm still super happy with my choice and I would totally recommend this store for sure!

The most professional service received to buy running shoes. There's a system with camera filming how you position your feet while running, by filming a short run in their hidden looking corridor. Very nice staff too.

It's rare that a place like this exists. The employees were very helpful especially Mikey. Mikey is really a pro, he listened to what I wanted and what budget I had. Then, he proposed 4 different shoes that I tried, and then we had the run in one of them analyzed to check for stability. This is customer service done absolutely right! This was my first time to buy there but it definitely won't be the last.

MAGIC SHOES. I swear to you, I went in and this guy had just the right shoes for me right off the bat. Never worn any so comfortable, never had so much support for my feet :D one week into having them I’m running 5 miles after work and feel great after (which is admittedly unusual for me heheh) I cannot remember the guys name but he’s definitely one to look for 😁 (picture should be attached) really perfect experience. They have nice shoes, but the guy gave me a pair to try and then didn't care about me for the next half an hour, because he was busy with the people who came after me... So I had to leave without shoes and without any motivation to go back. 🤷‍♀️

I sent them an email to get some advice on where to run in Vienna for marathon training, and they responded quickly, putting me in contact with someone who provided tremendous help. Very impressive.

Unpleasant experience. Today I went to the store in Donauzentrum to buy a pair of gloves+beanie (30) and a pair of shorts (25). The shorts had an additional -50% off, since their store is closing soon, so 12,5€. When I went to the cassa to pay, I was told the total amount is 42,5€ (correct amount). However, it was not needed to give Markus (cashier) anything, because I had store credit from a previous refund. Now, when I got home, I accidentally looked on the bill and noticed he subtracted 80!!!! (double) from my credit. I don’t believe it’s a mistake, since he told me the correct price at first. My guess would be: he hoped I won’t notice how much was taken from my account, since I didn’t pay by cash/card. Even without the extra discount, the shorts were 25€ already, so where did he get the 80 from? Otherwise I would have given this store 5stars just because of my experience with Eddie, who was always extremely professional and helpful when I needed guidance with running gear. Unfortunately today’s events left a bitter taste in my mouth!

I had an issue with Garmin Fenix 6 related with wifi synchronization. When I went to shop, the gentleman in shop listenede to me carefully and immediately proposed a solution. After two weeks I got my old watch replaced by a brand new though was expecting the old one just to be repaired. Of course, it shows how Garmin is helpful in product support. But special thanks to WeMove running store for their kindness and really good after sales support. They stepped in to solve my issue. I will definitely first option go to WeMove if I need anything to buy. Hope they keep this service level
