Overall a nice but basic stay in a very quiet village. The double room was fine but nothing special and for 108€ per night very expensive compared to all other hotels on our two week trip around sicily. Breakfast and dinner was fine.

5/5 stars! 🤩 The rooms, food, and hospitality at Albergo Belvedere are stellar. Everything was clean and comfortable. Giovanni clearly puts his heart and soul into his hotel. With the attached restaurant and bar (Giovanni is the chef and bartender and barista) you'll have everything you need. (But you should still explore SCG on foot if you have time). My only regret? I wish we had stayed longer so we could eat more of Giovanni's delicious food!

Albergo Belvedere represents the philosophy of the cammino in all its facets. Giovanni's hospitality is a literal helping hand for every pilgrim who is having a hard time. And with that he saves the cammino as in our case. We will remember Giovanni and his family with great respect. Albergo Belvedere is a must for every pilgrim! Peter and John

Nice people but, pilgrims, hear my words: whatever you choose for meal, DO NOT choose the pilgrim menu. Not worth it.

Very friendly cafe! Ordered roast pork and apple with pomme frites the pomme frites came first had a long wait til my pork arrived! Maybe it's an Italian thing!! Food was excellent! Locale vino was good too!! 🤣
