Small informal restaurant. We had a pretty good lunch. The fried fish was good (catch of the day). However to us, after three weeks in Italy, it seemed a bit pricey- 25€ (for a modest sized fish). The wait staff seemed focused on selling us the fish. The potatoes as a side were a bit over cooked, but still tasty. We also had their Sicilian Salad. Kind of average. They could find real tasting tomatoes now(late May, as we have been eating them). These were like winter tomatoes. The salad a bit boring, from a taste perspective. The house white wine was good and inexpensive. As mentioned, it was a pretty OK lunch. But, they could up their game a bit. If you read some of the other reviews (especially the Italian ones), this theme appears. They were not super busy. Total bill 50€.

The food was amazing and will be back! I give this restaurant a 6/5 stars for being great in food taste and hospitality. The workers are fast and get the job done! The owner is super friendly and hilarious and really takes the time to give the full experience of Italian culture to the table. Thank you!!

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. We seated in the piazza and enjoyed lobster (catch of the day) and steak. Staff were helpful with gluten free options.

Such a nice place, there is a small terrace and the inside doesnt hold more than 20/30 people but for once you are not eating and sharing conversation with the table next to you. What you read on reviews is true, the staff is super friendly, and the boss lead by example. He will explain to you all about the different fresh fishes, catched on the day! The food is really tasty, for a small bill. Go go go!

This is honestly one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The atmosphere was cozy and just the right level of elegant. The staff was highly attentive. Most importantly, there was not a thing we ordered that wasn't absolutely delicious. There were creative entrees too, for dessert I had a Crème Brûlée that the chef had literally spiced up with some sort of home-prepared infusion of Tabbaco, it had flavors I have never experienced before or since (though admittedly I am not a smoker, perhaps smokers or Tabbaco chewers would be more familiar with the flavors and sensations but they were unique to me.) For places like this one normally has to pay outrageous prices and suffer the institution's innate pretentiousness, but there was none of that here. The prices were extremely reasonable for the high quality and inventiveness of the food, and the atmosphere was friendly. I can't recommend this place enough.

Cheeky and humorous staff provide good service, and delicious food. Very happy to recommend.
