I started my order with a coffee and limoncello sibce we drove a long way and i was really tired. The waiter was really upset and said literally “only this, we are a restaurant, you should order coffee overthere” i think this was very unfriendly and not client minded. He could have bring the message in an other way, because i as a tourist didnt know. Im disappointed because i read the food is really good over here, but because this way of communication i will never come again!

The best meal I ate in Sicily, in a beautiful romantic setting. Usually places situated in such locations don’t have food that’s also incredible, but the pistachio pesto pasta and the sesame crusted tuna were some of the best things I’ve eaten in my life! The waiter didn’t love that we can’t speak Italian but with food this good who cares. The scallops were also so good and so fresh. Strongly recommend.

Grilled octopus, one of the best i‘ve ever had. The salmon was a few seconds to long on the fire but the plate with the beet root and the zucchini was a nice combination.

This place is legit amazing, my wife and I had the grilled octopus as an appy, then we had a octopus pasta dish and a clam and pasta fish, ABSOLUTELY amazing, the pasta and the fish were so fresh and so good, it's almost ridiculous how good they were. The pictures you see on goolge are how they look, and the salvation in your mouth is warranted, they live up to the hype!

So far the best restaurant in Sicily. Great service and 5 of us all had great meals. The pastas and salmon were excellent! A great bottle of sparkling wine as well.

Absolutely delicious food. We arrived a bit late for lunch on a Sunday, and it was packed, so we did have to wait a little to get seated and order, but it was well worth it. Unfortunately it only had one toilet, which was clearly insufficient for the size of the restaurant.

Tourist trap in my honest opinion. Earned its second star only due to the decent pistachio pasta. The other two dishes we had were abysmal: fried seafood was rubbery and tuna was just strange to the point of making me wonder if it was off, but I think it was just very badly prepared. Would avoid.

Very good food, a lot of locals eat here. Some of the staff tende to talk more with the local regulars and pay no attention to the other guess.

Quite the romantic setting. The servers were tired but dutiful. The food was fresh and hot when delivered. Each dish was just a little short of being great.

Excellent food and very beautiful location. However we waited nearly two hours for our food and we were really hungry that evening. To be fair, there was a big carnival in the city that day and the place was full, so I understand that the kitchen and the service were very stressed. But it would’ve been nice to at least hear a word of apology or explanation. After all I would still recommend going, but maybe when there are fewer people there or if you have enough time.

Stopped here on a whim, and it was one of our favorite meals in Sicily. Amazing (gluten free!!!) pastas with simple, fresh ingredients with flavors that you'll be dreaming about back home. Incredibly fresh fish, delicious wines, and perfect atmosphere for a relaxing afternoon meal. The staff was so lovely, and the location couldn't be more ideal-- we enjoyed watching the lazy activities of the square, and secretly feeding our scraps to a skinny kitten who came by to say hello. Highly, highly recommend. I'd return here in a heartbeat!

Truly amazing restaurant. Great position and great food. It was rather hot when we got there, but the service was quick considering that everything was been cooked while waiting. I'd recommend the Busate alla Matrice.
