Great service fresh food in the morning and fast atmosphere a little off but not massive issue

My coffee is always JUST RIGHT....I APPRECIATE THIS LOCATION

Had to repeat order numerous times, my sweetened raspberry iced tea was flavorless and definitely not sweet, egg and cheese croissant was room temp with unrelated cheese. Customers ahead of me were very unsatisfied as well. Will not be going back there any time soon.

I usually stop in every morning for a coffee and sometimes a donut. The staff is always friendly and knows my order.

Dirty tables. Counter garbage overflowing and counter needed wiping from many spills. It was 2 pm and not a busy time. Someone could have been doing shop upkeep. There were 2 people on duty at the counter, one was pleasant and helpful, one was abrupt, when I asked about the after 2pm coffee deals ( I quickly passed a sign on the door).

Terrible Customer Service. I went in there and the staff was rude. Unprofessional. I would rather go next door to the Starbucks and pay extra money to have excellent customer service. But I prefer Dublin donuts coffee. Although the coffee I got here tasted burnt like they had it sitting on the burner too long. I definitely won’t be going there again. I gave it 2 stars be cause the food did come out fast

Wish I could give negative ratings. Pathetic staff. Made me wait 25 mins for a simple order and kept on giving me the wrong items. Half of the staff didn’t even know about the items in an order. The manager was equally complacent. Would never go to this location
