Got hot dogs. Cheese and bacon. Very nice. Good variety of add ons like grilled mushrooms. Tasty. Slightly long wait so hint is to order online and come 10 min later, you will be right on time. Great with parking as at mall plaza.

I ordered 1 Hot Dog and a small drink, $8.51 and the hot dog was cold delivered in a greasy bag. I wish there were more than two proteins on the menu. On the plus side, the service was excellent.

Used to go every once in while, food and service deteriorated during the pandemic, we stopped going for a while. Definitely better this time.

The Fries are the best! No matter how many "extra" are put in my bag it's never enough!

Can’t go wrong with Five Guys. It’s pricy for burgers and fries but they have an extensive menu of toppings, sauces and the burgers are top quality. Really tasty. Cajun fries are awesome.

Highly recommend ordering ahead online if you’re not getting a grilled cheeseburger. I ordered before I left my home and it was not ready. My total was approximately $20 for my chocolate shake and cheeseburger with a extra patty. The Burger was amazing, I topped it with onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato, mayo and ketchup. The shake was very disappointing, when he first gave it to me there was no chocolate added and I informed him I wanted chocolate not vanilla. He put syrup in but it still came back to me Tan not close enough to brown so there was barely a cocoa taste to it. Vanilla is so bland to me so I did not enjoy it. Will definitely visit again because the burgers are so worth it. Even though I no longer eat fries I do recommend them. They’re great and they give you way more than the serving size so you can definitely share.

Terrible Experience - Missing Items and Unprofessional Customer Service I've had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Five Guys multiple times, and each time has been a disappointment beyond belief. It seems that they have perfected the art of messing up orders, as missing items have become a recurring theme in my interactions with this restaurant. On my most recent order, I once again found myself shortchanged by Five Guys' inability to get a simple order right. A missing burger was the cherry on top of this already disappointing sundae. It's baffling to think that a restaurant can consistently fail at fulfilling such a basic task – accurately putting together an order. As if the repeated errors weren't enough, the real icing on the cake was the customer service I encountered when I tried to address the issue. Upon calling to complain about the missing burger, I was met with a level of unprofessionalism that left me utterly speechless. The representative on the phone seemed disinterested and even apathetic about my concern. It's as if they've become immune to customer complaints due to their constant mistakes. This attitude is a glaring reflection of the restaurant's lack of commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. In a world full of dining options, there's absolutely no reason to waste time, money, and patience on a restaurant that consistently fails to deliver – both in terms of food and customer service. Save yourself the headache and choose a dining establishment that values its customers and their dining experience.

The burgers are amazing however there was a new manager or supervisor; or whatever, he kept hitting on me which made me uncomfortable and I haven't gone back since. Please bring back the tall lady who was nice, kind and helpful.

We ordered a cheeseburger (all the way) with regular fries around 6 pm. It was not a long wait. The staff was nice and focused to their work. Recommended the food with its taste and freshness.

Service could be better. My wife waited for 10-15 mins and even showed them the order with the order #. Our order was ready, but no one bothered to grab it. At the end of it, an employee just tossed the order in an unfriendly manner. Bit surprised service here has crumbled so much. This took place on Apr 7th at 9:50 pm. I enjoy going to five guys, but at the center of it all, if customer service is subpar, you lose customers costing owners money. Everyone loses, so I strongly urge management to work on reinforcing the importance of customer service and treating customers with more respect.

The food is very mid. Like beyond mid. I expected so much more from five guys but the food was not enjoyable. The burgers are very plain, toppings are just slapped on there and very messy. The fries are always undercooked and just nasty. Not enjoyable like I expect five guys to be. I don’t recommend coming if you want a good burger and fries.

Wonderful, personable employees. Customer service counts and these young people were very sweet. The food is as good as one would expect for a Five Guys, which is to say they know how to hook up a burger and the fries always get a chef's kiss.

Extremely over priced for the quality of food. Definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering for take out. The burgers are extremely greasy and deep into the bun. Our burgers were smashed into the foil with massive amounts of cheese and the patty wasn’t fully cooked. The fries are smashed into a cup. Will never order again id rather go to McDonalds than here.

We ordered a burger and a fry from here to be delivered. The burger was fine besides the fact that it missing BBQs on the burger, but the fries were not editable. We ordered a small Cajun fry and the fries were over loaded with Cajun seasoning. To be honest it looks like the shake lid probably fell off because the amount of Cajun on these fries was ridiculous. It was Cajun within the bag, cup and on the fries. The fries had large lumps on Cajun seasoning onto of the fries. Between the amount of salt and the amount of Cajun on these fries we couldn’t eat this. 🤢 Gross

Get ready for a price you may not be expecting for a cheeseburger, small fries and regular size drink: $18.16. Yikes! I had to laugh a little when the tip amount screen popped up on the payment terminal. Even during this inflationary period that's a bit steep. I think that'll be it for me for a while. As for the food: the cheeseburger was great as always, and the fries were good as well, if not a little too salty (but still good).

I love five guys burgers and fries but this location needs some help… our order didn’t have anything on the sandwiches. Extremely disappointed and hangry :(

The location is okay. Some experiences were good, others not that great. Sometimes the workers here are slow to acknowledge you, and the food at times doesn't come out as hot as you would like it. Only would stop by if I was in the area but I prefer my local location better.

Five guys is always one of my favorite places. My go to is actually a lettuce wrap cheeseburger. You get a lot more flavor without the bun that way I think. Trust me, I'm not going to give guys to be healthy 😅
