One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been too. Loved the extensive wine collection, atmosphere, food, everything. The food was very delicious, couldn’t stop myself from ordering 2 desserts and liked that they had plenty vegetarian options. Would definitely recommend visiting.

This amazing restaurant is serving up, some seriously tasty northern Italian dishes! Our server arbor gave us the most impeccable service. Bringing a variety of drinks! And also some olives and cheese to snack on while we peruse the menu. We start off with the grilled eggplant. It was absolutely delicious, very tender, and the cheese just melted in your mouth! We also had some delicious lightly fried calamari, I love when it’s not too heavy. We then enjoyed some heavenly grilled scallops over zucchini, extremely tender! Then we were both extremely spoiled when the maitrD came and put truffles all over our tagliatelle pasta with a raw egg in the middle, a truly decadent experience! My friend also ordered a tagliatelle pasta with rabbit Ragu for dinner, she practically licked her plate! I myself ordered an amazing steak, I did not think A place that had such incredible pasta would make great steak as well, but my steak was absolutely amazing! We literally could not eat another bite. But then we were talked into trying dessert! A pumpkin cheesecake, and absolutely amazing, walnut pear, cobbler! You practically had to wheel us out of there! This was absolutely one of the most incredible meals I’ve ever eaten in my life! I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu and if you haven’t been here yet you need to.

This is the definitive North Jersey Italian Experience in Summit. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Every detail is observed and taken care of. This place hums like a fine machine. They tactfully handle large groups of people and the 2 person date night just as adeptly. Terribly interesting menu!!!! This is not fast food Italian. The fried quail is a decadent goal for the more adventurous patron.

Excellent dining experience. Heirloom tomato appetizer was very refreshing. Fusilli pasta dish was delicious. Drinks were also good. Only negative was the cannoli dessert. The shell was perfectly crunchy, however the filling was very thin and bland - didn’t have much taste.

Great portion sizes, and the spicy chicken had a wonderful sauce even though it wasn't spicy. The waiter seemed very annoyed to be stopped for coffee or dessert requests, but it might have been that they were so busy. The restaurant is beautiful, but very cramped and noisy. My family could barely hear each other.

Absolutely one of the best meals I've had in a long long time! I had the pappardelle Bolognese and it was spectacular. I just can't say enough good things about this restaurant! The service was also excellent and our server recommended a great Italian beer with lunch.

Excellent new addition to the vast Chicago Steak scene. This shop is very impressive with its delicious food and dazzling stylish service. Well worth the visit.

Second time here post covid era. So glad I came. Service is spot on! Food is exceptional! Bartenders make great cocktails and never make you feel like you are a burden no matter how busy they are! Well done and I look forward to going back often! Updated: came back again twice and still a great experience. Selfishly, I almost don’t want to give this away. Great job!!!

We dropped in to grab a bite from at the bar. It was very busy, we had to wait for a seat. I started with the arugula salad & my uncle, the beet salad. Both were very well prepared with tasty accouterments. We moved on to a bountiful & perfectly seasoned pork chop & risotto with mushrooms & quail. The plates were cleaned! Loved the food, ambiance, service (thanks Mike) & fellow patrons at the bar!!!

Classic Italian fare. The bar is a happening scene with A very full dining room. Summit has great choices in town, but this should not be missed. Staff is friendly and very professional. Loved the details of the presentation and front and back of the house know exactly what is going on. A must visit for locals and those who pass through.

My second time here and it was as amazing as my first trip. Fresh ingredients and wonderful preparations. The food tastes as good as it looks. The spicy chicken was wonderfully prepared and the agnolotti pasta was the best I’ve ever had.

By far the worst service ever received in a restaurant. We visited from the UK for lunch with our lovely friends from America. (When our friend politely explained she’d brought her British friends, very rude reply from owner was ‘I don’t care we have lots of people here from all over the world) Lady who sat us down was lovely, just went downhill from there. Our food took 1 hour 20 to arrive, asked about where our food was and 5 minutes later was on the table… cold, stale and had been either sitting under a hot light for ages or microwaved. When sending the food back, the owner then ‘ejected’ us from his restaurant in front of everyone and said ‘we just had to toss it’ - sorry did you want me to also put an apron on and cook it ? A hot meal is a hot meal, I shouldn’t have to toss fusilli pasta to get the hot bits from the bottom anyway whilst this was happening inside with 1 friend, the other was outside trying to get the bill and the waiter was refusing to give it to us and basically implied he didn’t want to wind up the owner 🤣 spend ur hard earned money elsewhere… and if u ever have cold chips from McDonald’s just shake them apparently that’s the new trick x

What an amazing restaurant. The staff and management is extremely welcoming from the moment you enter the door. There are so many positives its hard to figure out where to start. Ill start with the food. The first thing we had was the house made focacia. Had a great texture with the right amount of salt. We started with a delicious burrata salad. Fresh ingredients, seasoned perfectly. Even the olive oil they use has amazing flavor. For entrees my friend had the agnolotti which they make in house. The texture was perfect and the flavors were outstanding. I had the prime strip steak. Beautifully seasoned and finished with a nice compound butter. The ingredients this place use make everything shine. The service was impeccable. As a former chef its nice to see servers work as a team. Alex did a great job and they all did an excellent job communicating between courses. The dessert was the perfect ending. A berry and peach cobbler. Nothing better then seasonal, fresh, food done well. Last but not least the drinks were amazing. I had a mezcal mixed drink and my friend had a blood orange margarita. They had a generous amount of alcohol while still being balanced. We will certainly be back!

I’ve been going to this place for over a decade whenever I’m in town for work and it’s one of my favorite Italian places in the east coast!

Sat outdoors. One of the Drinks delivered had a “bead” at the bottom of the glass. We requested that the Waiter replace the drink. He said the bead must have fallen off of the stirrer. The Waiter flat refused to replace the Drink. I don’t understand the logic of refusing to accommodate a guest dining in your Restaurant?? We ordered 2 Burrata Appetizers. They never arrived to our table. They explained that they were using a “team” approach to wait tables. Unfortunately, a Team member neglected to process our Appetizer order, so, it never arrived. The Waiter described the Monkfish Entree as being Pan Seared. When it arrived, it was obviously breaded and fried. Overall, NOT a good dining experience. I really wanted to like Fiorino and have a great dining experience. Sadly, the Wait Staff made that impossible.

Fabulous outdoor meal with attentive service and attention to detail. I can understand why the doublecut pork chop with mustard glaze is a signature dish! Even the mixed greens salad was transcendent with a delicious house dressing. Just good food done well.

Had a wonderful dinner with friends - highlights were the softshell crab and the desserts

This was a great experience. There is an abundance of friendly, helpful, and professional weight staff. The olive oil at the table was the most complex, flavorful olive oil I have ever had. The burrata and marinated shrimp were the perfect appetizers. My wife had the sole almondine which was awesome. The mushroom risotto with quail was amazing, I have never had better quail. Creme Brulee was awesome. All drinks and the wine was delicious. We will definitely be back, thank you Illir for the hospitality!

We had a great outdoor early dining experience tonight! From the hostess to our server to all of the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Appetizers arrived quickly- the honey nut squash was so tasty! The sweet corn and shrimp risotto and the NY strip were fantastic entrees! Our server was so kind to let us create our own little dish of pasta and grilled chicken for our toddler, which was just perfect! And, when our little guy accidentally knocked over my cocktail, the staff was kind enough to bring over another. When we were leaving, we even got a chance to chat with one of the owners, who was also very personable as we exchanged stories about our kiddos. Tonight was a great evening with great food thanks to the staff. We look forward to dining here again soon!

👍 If you're in Summit and craving Mexican food!!! Then this is the place. The food is delicious, the portions are very generous and reasonably priced. The carne en su jugo and the chicken flautas are very good. I've been here several times over the years and never had a bad meal or bad service.
