Such an amazing place. We were visiting Fort William from Canada and wanted to find a place to purchase fresh fish. We asked the fishmonger for a recommendation of a local specialty and he advised us that the fresh herring were in season. We pan fried them with a light coating of oats, the way he recommended and they were outstanding. So incredibly fresh and tasty. We also purchase some smoked mackerel and hot smoked salmon - both were amazing. I can’t recommend this store enough!

Absolutely an absolute gentleman I google for a professional fishmonger and I found this little gem ! Richard have welcomed me and showed me his beautiful products Lobsters 🦞 seabass you name it !!! Well done 👍

The choice of seafood is enormous, from octopus, scallops, crab,langoustine,to monkfish, plaice, salmon and much more. The service is friendly and generous.

Richard was amazing with his knowledge of local fish and fly fishing. We cooked up some Mackeral and fresh Sea Bass on the banks of Loch Sheil on a bon fire. Fabulous.

Great local fresh fish supplier located close to the Butcher Lochaber Larder. Recommended. Supplies trade. Very friendly helpful man. Great for shell fish, fresh fish and potatoes.
