about
this
place.

gutted
I
missed
the
Beef
Wellington
burger
that
was
on
the
menu
a
year
ago,
wish
I'd
come
in
before.
So
I
came
in
pretty
much
after
stepping
off
the
plane
from
Melbourne
after
a
sleepless
night,
hectic
trip
over
with
an
hour
delay
due
to
the
weather
and
tried
the
pork
burger.
I'd
had
a
very
impressive
pork
belly
burger
at
Republic
bar
in
Hobart
so
thought
I'd
see
if
I
could
continue
the
luck
with
the
pork
and
I
was
not
disappointed.
This
was
a
knockout,
interesting
ingredients
and
flavours,
lovingly
cooked
with
a
generous,
high
quality
Scotch
fillet
of
pork,
I
expected
it
to
be
decent
but
this
was
really
good.
It
is
pretty
much
perfect
gastro
pub
food,
hit
the
bullseye
and
the
Tasmanian
IPA
beer
from
the
tap
I
paired
it
with
complementef
it
perfectly.
The
chimichurri
sauce
the
man
at
the
bar
recommended
to
go
with
the
chips
was
beautiful
too.
Warm,
cosy,
inviting
atmosphere,
staff
all
really
friendly
and
nice,
seriously
impressed.
