Leo's Chicken Wings

Restaurant Barbecue restaurant Chicken wings restaurant

😠 The place just seems dead inside... the staff are pretty nice. The chicken wings definitely feel a lot cheaper (like, barely any meat on the bone) and kind of dry. Even the sauce isn't that great anymore. Don't really see them being in business much longer considering their prices are outrageous for... People often mention wings,

Been eating at Leo's in Lugoff over 30 years, back in the 90s and early to mid 2000s they were always great. Over the last 10 to 15 years has been a steady decline in consistent quality. Stopped eating there for years because you were unsure what you would get. Few years back gave them another shot and was very pleased, seemed to be back on track. Long story shortened, hosted some friends and family two weeks ago, ordered 100 wings, my fault for not looking at them when I picked them up. To my surprise (or maybe it shouldn't have been) when I got them home they they were the smallest wings I'd every seen (pigeon wings maybe), and were fried way too hard, sauces were slim and suspect, only thing worth eating were the raw frys, but not much I could do at that point, was embarrassed to serve them, last time for me, it's ashamed when it used to be so good.

Went here to check out their wings. Walked in and was never asked anything. No one to get you a seat or take your order. waited 20 minutes and watched the cooks make wings. But still no one ever came to offer me anything, no waitress, no nothing! Never got to try the wings, avoid the waste of time, try somewhere else!!! Will never go back!!!

Been eating at Leo's since the 80's when we would drive down from USC to enjoy. Still frequent anytime I am close to Camden. The BEST!!!

Food and service were excellent. delicious! Atmosphere needs some work due to the location and the windows all being broken and repaired... would be nice to see it look more like a restaurant or bar n grill than an undecorated strip mall spot. Owner and staff very friendly and attentive.

I enjoy the Honey Mustard Wings and raw fries here. The food is served fresh and hot every time.

Me and my husband frequently stop by here since moving here in 2019. The first visit was great;Fries and chicken were excellent. Even during the pandemic they served to go orders only and they were always prepared to perfection. But the past few months the wings have been cooked so hard you can't enjoy them. Seasonings and dressings are always on point though. If you order, just tell them not to fry them hard and you'll have the best wings in the area.

Love me some Leo's. Not quite the same as it was in years past but they still have some of the best wings ever. Been coming here for at least 3. The wings are normal size- not jumbo steroid chicken wings- and that is exactly how I like them. Very unique hot sauce (wish I could figure out the recipe). Raw fries are the best and the the other app options are great. I always get fried mushrooms and ranch. Sports on the tubes and beer to quench the thirst.
