    Staff was playing around so loudly in the background that no one could hear my order. I had to repeat it several times. We were all good until key components of my order weren't included-- such as the grilled cheeses to the grilled cheese kids meals. I was halfway home and had to turn around. The toast I had ordered was hardly toasted and had no butter. So, I mentioned it when I picked up the grilled cheeses. Turns out, the location was out of butter and didn't think to tell me until I complained-- not when I was ordering. I paid full price for food that was gross. My sandwiches were cold, undercooked, and not even seasoned. On top of that, they also were out of the Marinara for the cheddar bites. They didn't mention it either until I asked for it because they put ranch with my bites. I don't even eat ranch. I wouldn't have ordered their food if I had known they were missing the key components. This behavior was so unprofessional. I deserve a refund!

    I spent almost $45; I purchased two Cobb salads, a chicken tender meal and 10 piece wings. When I got home no salad dressing for the salads and straw for the drink. Spending that type of money and no salad dressing is ridiculous.

    Who puts seasoning (it looks like hamburger seasoning) on a salad? And, they didn't just flavored it on the grilled chicken strips by themselves, they sprinkled it on top of the entire salad. Now, I can't eat it. That's too much seasoning. It doesn't even come with seasoning; it doesn't list it on the menu on salads. A waste of money, and, I think it's this location that overdoes it with the seasoning; it gets people sick. I don't eat at this location anymore, if at any location.

    Normally, I don't have much of a problem when I go to eat here. However, today, the sauces I requested were Ranch and Zax sauce. I was told they have only Zax sauce but could give me a ranch dressing. I told them to just do the Zax sauce. When I get my order, I had 1 ranch dressing but there were no Zax sauces. The plate was also missing the chicken strips, and I did not receive my drink.

    I don't know what's going on. We paid $22 for a 4 piece chicken finger plate and a fried house salad. The chicken fingers were tiny. They only gave us a handful of fries with the meal. My salad barely had any lettuce or fried onions. It was less than half full. What a rip off. Back to Chick FIL A we go. #disappointing

    I know there's inflation and all, but the portion sizes and presentation aren't worth the price anymore. I paid 11 dollars for some luke warm fries, 5 tiny wings with barely any sauce, an over toasted piece of toast, and no celery. To top it off the person taking the order could barely hear over their coworkers loudly laughing and talking in the background.

    For once, the line wasn't all the way around the building. So we didn't have to wait too long. Plus the line was moving pretty quickly. We didn't have far to go, but when we got home, our combos were cold. Zaxby's is always good though 5/28...went later at night. Not much of a line. The food was so yummy!

    First time going to the Zaxby's I said fried Chicken salad they gave me a grilled salad so they had to remake it I was in a hurry and they didn't hardly give me any salad for $10 some people's on a budget nowadays you pay $10 for a salad you need to put a lot in it

    $10.19 WASTE OF MY MONEY! I am highly upset because I paid $10.19 for this little bit of food. The chicken tasted like it needed to be cooked longer. And The sauce on them tasted very watery. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I am a very faithful customer when it comes to ordering from Zaxbys! But this Has me highly upset. If i’m going to be paying $10.19 then I need to get my moneys worth of food.

    Staff has always be kind to me. Service is usually very quick, I haven't had many encounters where it wasn't. The food is typically good and very consistent. Out of all the times I've come here my order has been wrong twice, so I really do think they do a great job. I appreciate all you guys do!

    The customer service and food is not worth the price you are paying. I haven't had issues with this location until a couple of weeks ago and today. First, I ordered the 5 boneless wing meal and the girl heard 5 boneless wings MEALS. I'm not sure why I would order so many meals, but I had to correct her. Then, they charged and handed me just the wings when I just told her I wanted the meal. They gave me the fries, but I got no coleslaw, toast, or straw. They either need to fix their intercom issues or fire slow employees. I don't know what is so hard or confusing about a simple order, but I will never come to this location again.

    Can't rate the food didn't get a chance to taste it because everytime u go there they mess up your order...especially in drive thru. Don't ever go on a lunch break. Wasted 15 mins just to get a refund

    I ordered a #1 combo…. Not sure why I received a piece of toast, but I requested the fries to be replaced with the chicken ranch fries and didn’t care if there was an up charge. The staff gave me the chicken ranch fries AND a side order of fries…. The food was not very good. I will not be returning. The soda machine all tasted like seltzer water no flavor.

    After wasting our time waiting to order at Popeyes down the street, we left in aggravation and pulled into the drive through of this Zaxby’s. The drive through was full but moved quickly. The cashier was very friendly and our food was excellent. I would definitely stop again.

    We walked in the door at 8:10 pm. The food took a bit of time to be ready, maybe 15 min. We did dine in. There were two people inside eating. One car waiting at the window, one paying in the drive thru and 4 more behind it. On the plus side when we did get our food it was piping hot. Like temperature wise, almost too hot for compsumtion... glad we got drinks. The music (new country music) was a little loud. Maybe it was to drain out the kitchen staff. The ladies were very friendly and hospitable unlike our home store. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to play a random music station to adapt to the taste of all customers. Other than these small issues it was an overall good visit. I was extremely enthused as to how lit the parking lot was. Kudos to this particular store manager. 👏 P.S. I have an egg allergy and my wife has a gluten allergy. It sure would be nice for there to be vegan and gluten free options on the menu. These options might bring more customers in the door.

    I’m not sure the young man’s name who took my order tonight and 1 time before but he was the MOST friendly and caring cashier I’ve ever come across at this Zaxbys. He’s such an awesome soul and I absolutely love his personality!!! He’s why we will keep coming back!!!

    West Florence Zaxbys does not support the troops. They claimed the free meal is in the app I wasted precious minutes here updating the app and changing my password for nothing. Won't be dining at that location ever.

    Order online well in advance for pickup only to get home to a 100% incorrect order with food my wife and kid wouldn't eat. Called store to requested a refund and was denied saying I had to drive all the way back to the store after a long work day to bring them back the incorrect order like they would turn around and sell it to someone else. Manager on duty refused to talk with me and set the phone down and walked away but talking in the back ground could be heard saying don't worry about it watch he'll be right up here in a minute I bet. So perfectly okay with poor customer service and accuracy of order.

    If you want a fresh salad, fresh chicken and the absolute best french fries, oh my goodness, this is the place for you. Zaxby's is almost always really long line/busy because they are terrific and worth the wait. And the wait isn't long at all. The line moves fast. Enjoy!

    Food was fine. They are pretty much drive thru only. Young man with an ipad took my order, correctly, outside. When I recieved my order at the window, part was missing. I parked, went inside and let them know. The folks on the inside, blamed the guy on the outside for the order being incorrect, when it had nothing to do with him as to why my order was not delivered properly. I'm guessing this store doesn't have much of a "team" spirit and just let's everyone blame each other . Made me sad and did not make me want to come back. When you mess up, own it, don't blame someone else for your mistake. They did get the missing items to me, I just really felt bad for the guy who did nothing wrong.

    Amazing Place, amazing service, great staff. First time visiting the food was hot. Order was correct. They had my food ready before I could put down my receipt. And the fact that the food was hot and fast was outstanding. The staff member at the window was great and had me laughing as i left. I recommend this Zaxby’s location.

    I came in a week ago and ordered some lunch to go. I waited for 30 minutes and watched 19 orders that were ordered after mine from door dash that got made and picked up before mine was made. There was a table of 4 veterans inside that came up to the counter asking where there food was at and they stated they had been waiting for 30 minutes as well. This is completely unacceptable as a customer and you have lost my family's business for good - we came in 2 or 3 times every week to eat at your establishment but will no longer do so since the only customers you value are your door dash customers - good luck with your current business motto because you're going to need all the help you can get

    So after waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, I decided it wasn't worth it (there were still at least 10 cars ahead of me) and I left. The inside is only open for delivery and online orders. I know it's not a fast food restaurant but nothing from a drive thru is worth this kind of wait.

    Always takes forever, some things may not be right on the order. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you have at least 15 minutes to spend waiting/ordering. If you have extra time, it isn’t so bad. But it’s definitely not worth it if you only have a 20 minute break or something….Just looking out for those that want a cheap lunch but don’t have time.

    Might be the time of night that I visited, but the food was cold. Everyone deserves fresh, hot food, regardless of the time of day or night. Service was friendly.

    This is the second time I have eaten in the past week and it will be awhile before I will go back. The other day the fries were terrible and my Signature Sandwich tasted like it sat over the fryer for along time after it was cooked. Today I the fried pickles looked tasted like they were refried. They were not edible. I used to love Zaxby’s food but they have gotten sub par!

    I came to this location on April 2,2022 at 4:00pm. The manager on duty was Roy. He acted as if he was unsure on his decision making about a customers order. The cook was uncaring about a drive thru order. And an employee with blonde hair was too lazy to wipe the drink counter so she or he told the cashier to do it! So much for customer service.
