This
is
a
mixed
review:
Went
there
9/21/2021
with
severe
knee
pain.
Barely
able
to
walk
in.
Approach
one
of
the
three
ladies
working
the
desk.
Asked
me
if
I
had
an
appointment
and
when
I
said
no
told
me
I
had
to
go
back
to
the
other
window
where
I
got
behind
a
woman
having
a
long
and
detailed
conversation
with
the
patient
in
front
of
me
about
her
family.
Never
made
eye
contact
with
me
as
I
stood
there
in
pain.
When
the
patient
finally
walked
away,
the
woman
stood
up,
did
not
look
to
me
at
all
and
walked
back
to
the
woman
at
the
first
place
I
went
and
started
showing
her
pictures
on
her
cell
phone.
After
a
few
chuckles,
she
finally
walks
back
to
me
and
tells
me
to
go
over
to
the
lady
at
the
first
desk
I
went
to.
These
women
working
the
counter
all
had
their
cell
phones
out
and
were
obviously
doing
personal
things
on
them
as
they
all
had
computer
screens
to
do
"office"
work.
Time
to
make
a
policy
to
put
cell
phones
in
lockers
and
only
use
them
on
break.
That
is
the
way
we
do
things
at
our
business.
Now
the
positives:
Waited
a
few
minutes
to
be
called
back
by
the
x-ray
technician.
She
was
great.
Very
professional,
kind,
nice
and
gave
clear
instructions
to
me.
I
was
done
in
no
time
and
taken
out
to
a
chair
to
wait
for
my
next
person.
I
n
a
few
minutes
Madilyn
(probably
spelled
wrong)
came
out
and
was
very
nice,
friendly
and
took
my
vitals
as
well
as
escorted
me
to
an
examination
room.
Very
professional
yet
very
sociable.
She
told
me
Emily,
the
PA
in
charge
of
walk
ins
today
would
be
in
shortly.
Emily
appeared
soon
afterward
and
was
also
very
professional
yet
very
easy
to
talk
with.
She
thoroughly
examined
my
knee
and
discussed
ways
to
attack
my
problem.
Having
had
my
share
of
medical
procedures,
I
don't
recall
having
been
giving
options
so
well
explained
that
I
could
actually
have
that
much
input
into
the
treatment.
I
opted
to
have
an
injection
in
my
knee
and
was
prepared
for
a
painful
experience.
Emily's
tenderness,
precision
guidance
of
the
large
needle
in
my
knee
was
nothing
more
than
the
typical
puncture
pinch.
I
was
fully
informed
of
the
process
and
how
long
the
drug
would
need
to
take
effect.
Iced
my
knee,
tried
to
stay
off
it
as
much
as
possible
that
night
at
work
and
when
I
woke
up
the
next
morning
was
already
feeling
a
lot
better.
The
staff,
inside
the
doors
of
the
clinic
is
awesome!
