Shop opened on 14 April 18 . The entrance is a double sliding door which operates automatically .it’s all flat and level and has wheelchair access All the aisles are wide and there is plenty of room . Wheelchair users will need help as there are shelves that you cannot reach . It will be the same with the freezer section as you can open them but can’t reach down to extract goods if they are low in stock . I also took the liberty of photographing the sign that says what kind of goods this shop sells. . Car parking nearby with 4 disabled bays outside Heron foods The staff I spoke to were pleasant and helpful and when I asked about public toilets I was told that there were none . However they did tell me , and indeed show me the disabled toilet . Now this is located in the Staff only area and you will have to ask a member of staff if you require to use it . It’s a decent size and will take a large wheelchair ok .

Love shopping at home bargains, that 1have some lovely things at really reasonable prices. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The shops are quite spacious, and i find them easy to get round, as I have to use a mobility scooter.

About the same as most other home bargains really in the terms of size and products stocked. Super friendly staff however queues for the tills were building up and only one staff member was on them.

Today I found myself in a home bargains shop I hadent been in before at Stanningley. What a pleasant surprise ! This store was a credit to both staff and management, bright , tidy, all shelves filled neatly, everything to hand for the customer. When I got to the checkout I mentioned what a great shopping experience I had found it to the checkout girl whose name was Gita, who seemed quite supprised at my comments, and thanked me. The manager Sandra ,also friendly, seemed surprised too. Now come on people, if you enjoy your shopping experience let them know, takes two minutes to make someone’s day .

Tidy little store but doesn't have much variety like the Kirkstall or Crown Point stores have

A little Aladdin s cave. You never know what you are going to find here. Added bonus is that virtually everything is a bargain¡ I feel sorry for the people who don't have a home bargains near to explore.

I visited your Stanningley branch and was struck by how helpful and polite the staff are especially Alison and Samantha. I asked for warm white string lights and indoor snowballs which I couldn’t find- both ladies went in search for both items which I am pleased to say they sourced for me. Nothing is too much for the staff in this store. It’s my go to store for virtually everything I need.

i went to home bargains Stanningley today looking for some coal, although there was no coal out i asked two ladies sandra and julie if they had any they went into the back and got eight bags out for me great service with smiles well done ladies
