Don't know how to characterize this place. It's very small, and nearly all their inventory is in boxes. You could almost mistake it as a front for a money laundering operation or something shady. It has that ..."I'll meet ya around the back" feel to it. It reminds me of the story of Michael Dell starting Dell Computers out of his college dorm. He must have given people what they wanted, but his dorm room wasn't exactly a Best Buy.

Love this place. I have purchased several items here for my physical therapy clinic and home gym. I love the quality, the price and the ability to pick up is huge. As per all the other reviews, these guys are outstanding! Their quality is insane. I've used Rogue products and these guys are ABSOLUTELY on par with them. Time will tell with how they hold up but I have zero doubts. Their pricing is beyond competitive ESPECIALLY with the local pick-up discount. They DO offer an additional military discount too - just email them. Their pre-order system allows you to order items not yet in stock but scheduled for manufacture completion. The estimates for completion and availability for pickup for those pre-orders were spot on.

I wish I could give six stars! The great customer service started immediately. I was getting ready to pull the trigger on an order, which included the power rack, but I wasn’t 100% sure if the lat pulldown fit that attachment. I was not expecting an answer on a Sunday afternoon, I messaged and received confirmation within minutes. First of all, without this info, I probably would’ve procrastinated on the order, so I appreciated that, they also gave me a discount for my wife being a teacher. I would also like to say, you’re going to be completely satisfied with the lower priced power rack. It’s extremely strong, absolutely sturdy, and I couldn’t be happier. I also love the bumper plates, the box for jumps, and step ups. I will be ordering a bench some better bars and a few other items shortly. Keep up the good work Giant Lifting!

I've purchased a couple items from Giant so far, and will be purchasing many more in the future. Our friends built an in home gym with almost exclusively Giant products and have been so happy with it all...that we are now doing the same. All orders have been received in a shorter time frame than expected, have been well packed, and are high quality. Their customer service matches the quality of product!

Been with rogue barbells since 2009. Just switched to these. Impressed with quality, price, durability for class use. They also seem to have comparable whip yet they are noticeably quieter. Big fan.

I recently stopped by the Giant Tukwila location were I purchased numerous bumper plates. The staff on hand was very knowledgeable and helpful. The bumper plates are top quality and the price point was hard to beat. I would highly recommend Giant equipment and will buy from again!

Then moved onto kettle bells and slam balls. Bought their new flat back rack 2...which is amazing and at a fantastic price. Now, I am redoing my entire home gym with giant lifting. Ordered an adjustable bench from Giant. It shipped quickly and was packaged well but in all honesty they could have just wrapped this thing in cellophane and dragged it behind a horse across the country given how well it’s built: the bench is fantastic! Heavy, solid and stable. I feel really safe lifting heavy on it. Great buy for any gym. I’ll get more stuff from these folks despite the distance.
