    Can run out of stock sorta fast because they usually have really good deals even if not in-store the PetSmart website/app might have lower prices/show items as on sale/other deals etc etc and they always price match it if you ask without worrying about “being that person” lol. Probably my go-to for sure because of the wide range of selection overall with typically the best prices whether it’s pet food you’re looking for, or toys, accessories, random stuff to buy for your pet they probably won’t even care about but it’s cute so you bought it and more. lol Friendly staff too! Good stuff. :)

    I have 4 aquariums so I'm at petsmart fairly regular, about once a week at least. I've always gotten great service. Not always fast since it's seems to be a busy location, but always has been from a friendly,knowledgeable associate. The services offered, like water testing, come in handy occasionally. Decent selection of aquariums and decor. Would be nice if they had a better selection of fish and aquarium maintenance supplies. Fish mainly as it seems they offer the same handful of species without much variation and even those are often out of stock. A decent,basic selection of fish, dont get me wrong, but not a great one.I can't speak on any other section of the store as I have never been past the fish section,never needed to.

    I've been a pet grooming customer here several times and typically will be here every two weeks. Usually, things are good. Then one day I arrive and am yelled at from across the room for leaving my dog there too long. Maybe so, but this would be the first time. The grooming was fine, the public dressing down and threat of a $15 fee was unnecessary and not professional.

    It was great! I especially loved the blue buffalo lady who was working as a sales rep for blue buffalo. She let my dog try all the treats she had in her cart and gave me some tips on where to find them and how to choose the right snacks and harnesses for my pet. Also recommended to to the trainer on duty for some free quick tips on training my pup. Super awesome staff . Great experience as well.

    This Petsmart is amazing! All of employees are always extremely friendly and helpful. I take my dog here for grooming and Michelle W does an incredible job every single time - and my puppy is always excited to see her! I specifically drive 20 minutes to this Petsmart when I have lots of other options because Michelle is such an amazing groomer and because she is so great with my dog. The winter season has been rough on my dogs fur with the rain and winter coats and even though I spend hours brushing her I just can’t seem to get all the tangles out, but Michelle always takes the time to get them all and you can tell that she really enjoys her job. Thank you so much Michelle for being the best groomer, Emi and I love you!

    Latest buy was on March 5 (2023). The lady that checked me out was condescending with her service. I hope she's not the manager because she clearly needs training on providing a warmer attitude. When a customer asks questions, don't frown upon what's being asked. It's not like, just because you work in a pet store, you know all the answers to a question about an animal. Excuse you! Also, several of their cat food are hardly being stocked and this is pretty sad because I don't even come here that often. The animals in their little containers and their fish tank are lacking supervision and maintenance. Been trying hard avoiding coming into this location in person mainly because the atmosphere and service has been very sour and stale. Despite this location is closer, this store will now be on my DO NOT SHOP HERE anymore list!

    Get Royal Canin favorite food. Try to keep lines short. Always calling extra cashiers to help. In and out quickly.

    I got great help at petsmart, found my item, and when my card was declined, because PayPal locked it, unbeknownst to me, the cashier was patient and even helped me figure it out. Good experience!

    Probably one of the nicer petsmarts around. The cashiers are always friendly. Shelves are rarely empty and the store is clean. Animals appear to be well cared for. Good selection of products for all animals.

    When I've asked to hold animals in the past, I usually haven't had anyone quiz me. I felt like I had to pass a test to see a guinea pig. It was uncomfortable. I was there to pick a pet for my son, and I was asked if I was "seriously" interested in getting a pet. I get it. They have a lot of people coming in asking to hold pets. Just felt awkward, but I thought it would be important to see the temperament of the guinea pig. I mentioned that i needed help getting the whole setup, but I was left to figure it out for myself. The whole situation was a little stressful. I was offered a brochure, but nothing was given, and I am just hopeful I purchased everything I needed after resorting to Google.

    Good place for supplies. The counter clerk was extremely friendly but there were hardly any animals on display. Overall it's a good place as advertised.

    The young cashier was great, however Lorangia was not. When shopping with my toddler for a new fish, Lorangia schooled me about our choices instead of offering helpful guidance. My child was having a hard time concentrating so we used the restroom. When we returned the fish were put away and there was no employee to help. Lorangia needs to better her understanding of customer service and sales closing. We left and will find a pet store that is happy to help a family chose a new pet.

    The manager Arnella has wonderful customer service and really cares which is hard to come by now. She saw my concern over the price of a bag of litter I paid for. She informed me that if I can find it cheaper online, they would price match it, and sure enough they did and saved me $10.

    They have all the products your pets need and they keep a clean store. Giving a 3 star rating because Mariah with the blue hair was unhelpful. She wasn’t helping anyone and when I asked a question she gave me a bland answer about going to another store. Rather than seeing if there’s any other alternative. She acted as though she was too good to work at Petsmart. Very rude. She needs to be retrained. I walked around and another representative named Angelina (I think that was her name) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was so helpful and although we couldn’t find a product after looking around, she gave me other suggestions to try. Angelina should train Mariah on customer service.

    The grooming salon manager and her team treat customers with the utmost disrespect. They blatantly lie and will attempt to overcharge you for absolutely everything. Stay far away from this grooming salon location!

    I do not recommend PetSmart grooming to anyone and would highly advise against this location, specifically if you have a large breed dog. My dog Nanuk and I arrived at 11:30 for my 11:30 appointment and it started off fine; we checked in, and the grooming lead Nikki advised she thought he might be matted (he was not) and that a groomer would come out to check. The groomer advised he was likely not matted, just had some compaction as it was winter, and she "wasn't able to tell" if it would blow out or not. I let her know I personally had groomed him several times and I was confident it would blow out, and then Nikki reentered and changed the narrative. She said they didn't have enough time to groom him today, and the schedule was incorrect because I had booked online. I booked online, where I clarified he was a 65 pound Samoyed, so the system should have flagged the appointment as for a large breed dog. She blamed me for booking online and not calling, even though I tried to call but couldn't get through to a person. The only reason I had even come to this location is because a previous PetSmart (Renton Landing) cancelled my appointment day-of earlier in the week due to a team member being sick and I had to frantically check all locations in the area to book. Nikki was short, defensive, and rude to me; I myself have been in Customer Service and client facing roles for 7 years, and I would never imagine speaking to a client the way she did for me. I asked her to put it in writing that the reason she was denying my groom was because of the matting, which she refused, and an other team member refused as well. When I pushed for this, they said it was a "safety" concern, yet again flipping the narrative, and that only a real groomer could de-matt him, and he was booked with a bather only. Why have anyone in the salon who isn't qualified to groom dogs? They did nothing to help me or rectify the situation. And to be clear, Nanuk was not matted. He had just been to the vet, where they certainly would have flagged if it was matted, and I know his coat well enough to know it is nowhere near matted. It was the worst experience, and I left near tears. A massive waste of my time. DO NOT GO HERE - they do not keep appointment times, and are not able to honor appointments, and they are not kind to work with.

    I have a small yorkie(7 pounds) and the groomer said they needed a second person to restrain my dog. Plus they charged me for it. Super upset with the burien location. I find it hard to believe my dog was that difficult. The groomer was acting like I had a huge dog that needs to be restrained! My dog has been getting groomed for the past 7 year. Never had anyone complain about his behavior. Anyways the staff is rude.

    The staff here are super friendly, if they see me come in there is a happy greeting of "Welcome to Petsmart" or "Thank you for coming in" the managers I have seen hop in registers when lines get backed up and seem to want to help their employees. The shelves have been well stocked for dog food and puppy food and potty pads and things I have needed for my animals and if out of my preferred product, there are multitudes of fully acceptable substitutes. The Petsmart App and savings from the Treat trail game, while not connected to this store itself; are in general a great reason to shop here.

    Having a double-coated pooch, I have been hesitant to have him groomed for summer weather. With much nudging from my boyfriend, I finally decided to do it last year. I asked for a puppy cut, and gave some directions for his tail, ears, and face that I wasn't quite certain about. It took about 5 hours...and he turned out mostly how I wanted. This year, I decided to have him groomed again at Pet Smart, but at a different location. I was greeted by Michelle who carefully listened to what I wanted. She told me it would be around 3 hours and would call me when he was ready to be picked up. To my surprise, she called me in 2 1/2!! When I arrived she brought Rigby right out and he was PERFECT! Exactly what I wanted! He looked so handsome, and he was equally just as happy as I was! When I took him home, my boyfriend couldn't stop saying how great he looked! Michelle, thank you so much! You did everything exactly how I asked, and really listened and took good care of our boy!

    I'm very happy with everything except the way returns were handled, which felt pretty cheesy, whether it was store policy or not. I had been told I didn't need to worry about keeping my receipt to return something if I used my store account because my purchase would be saved in the computer, but when I went to return an item that I bought on my account and didn't keep the receipt for it, I was told I could only get my money back as store credit, which was about the cheesiest, scummiest feeling return interaction I've been involved with. (As I write about it, I'm tempted to knock my rating down to 3 stars, but given how good every other interaction has been, I'll let my rating stay as it is for now.)

    We frequent this PetSmart often and the staff are always sweet to our corgi. I appreciate that it always seems well stocked and offers a lot of variety from treats and food to toys and dog beds. Needless to say, our dog loves running errands if it means a bone from the petsmart staff.
