Glass prison. Baby is going crazy. Someone PLEASE come get this bird and give him a good home. Makes me so effing sad

I’ve had no issues with this Petco up until today. We go there quite often to restock up on cat things and the workers are usually great! Today I received unsolicited advice from a worker pretty much stating that the prescription diet I have my cat on after having a urinary blockage “isn’t good” and she doesn’t recommend it due to recalls. I have worked in vet clinics and in animal shelters so I know better, but receiving advice from someone who has no true background can be harmful to someone who may not have that much knowledge and take what advice is given as face value. Please be aware that if you are not a vet it is not smart to be telling customers what they should or should not be feeding their pets. I’m confident my vet and I know my pets best. I understand she probably was trying to be helpful, but it wasn’t helpful, more offensive than anything.

The store manager must have keen eye for talent. Everyone whom I've encountered are gracious and helpful and seem to know about the products. If they don't they call a fellow associate who will. Thank you

Nothing priced right, no groomer on and found prices to be anywhere from 5to12$ more than other stores. I'm only giving 3 stars bcuz the cashier was very very nice.

My dog decided to roll in something that was very unalive and fragrent to say the least. I stopped in at this petco for some shampoo on the way home with said stinky dog and they told me to bring in the smelly hound and use the wash area they had built in. My dog now smells...better....and the Petco smells...worse, but A big thanks for saving my cars interior!!!!!

I was followed around the entire store by numerous employees-not to try & offer assistance, but because they were watching me thinking I’ma possible thief. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t even get what I went there for because I just wanted to get out of there. The workers need to work on their customer service skills (or lack thereof)…. Do better, Petco.

I took my two girls in for grooming today. I was the first one in the store and the manager was very friendly. When the groomer arrived, she told me I had mistakenly booked one of my dogs for a different day, and she was completely booked up. I was so bummed. But then she told me she could actually do both today, and rescheduled my appointment for today. She got the dogs done in record time, and my girlies were so shiny clean and fresh smelling! I meant to ask her name because I'd really love to come back to this specific groomer again, thank you so much!

Melissa was amazing! She got my dog right in. He was so happy after she finished. Melissa also helped me get a great price on a dog crate. Devon the cashier was also a wonderful source for help getting everything I needed! Wonderful people at this store!!!

Absent local management *addendum And the response tells that they will blame the front line workers for Managements complete failures. It is not the front line workers that are the problem, it is corporate having no idea what they are doing, the spreadsheets are not reality, customers are not an unlimited resource.

The checkout staff is wonderful, the aisles are a little tightly packed for their own carts, and the manager is a little bad at picking up when someone is tired of the sales pitch and want to be left alone... So a standard experience, though getting in and out of the parking lot with people running the stop sign is the worse part!

My kids and I entered the store today at 7:30pm, and wanted to buy a parakeet. I asked for assistance and they refused to provide services because it was 7:44pm and they told they were not sure if it is possible to get a parakeet for us before store close... We had to leave with nothing, very disappointing.

Rude staff members. If the restrooms aren't public you should remove the giant sign above the hallway!

The kids in this store love animals and take their jobs very seriously. Good group of people at this store.

Absolutely great service! So hard to find a cat groomer around and they did an amazing job with our furbaby. Definitely recommend!

Visit the Vetco Clinic here at least twice a year. They are so nice and knowledgeable. Super affordable vaccines for my numerous pups. Also, really appreciate their foundation helping service animal training. Thx Petco!

Petco grooming has always been an amazing experience no matter which store I go to. But since I have a cat and not alot of places have cat grooming (or an awesome cat groomer) we followed EVA to this location because I know my cat zeek is in good hands and always gets amazing care and treatment with his "spa" days with her. She's just awesome in so many ways! Thank you EVA for zeeks spa day treatment and his lovely bandana! Your the best!!!

Grooming and overall store customer service experience was a horrible. I have never had a problem with grooming at other locations, at this location my dog was dropped off in the afternoon. Never contacted that she was rdy, was told my contact info was wrong then since I never heard from them. That was lie since I have used Petco grooming multiple times, as well as verified the info when I checked my dog in. The mgr. on duty refused to verify the contact info, instead just wanted to lecture me on having the correct info and that she would have grooming contact me. On the plus side, the store itself seemed nice with alot of offer....just dont go looking for customer service, cause that's out of stock.

This Petco store has definitely been great. The staff has been helpful, polite and always very friendly. They are doing a great job. The store is neat and looks clean. I’m sure they have been understaffed like everyone else, but they have taken the time to provide great customer service at any time. We visit the store regularly - always the same 😀

I love shopping at Petco its always clean, never too long a line up even at busy times. The staff is always knowledgable as they are pet lovers too. And I really like the rewards system.
