    Worst Taco bell in the area. Everything was smashed. Paid extra beef and sour cream. Crunch wrap soggy. Quesadilla smashed into a ball. Never will we go back to this location. Definitely needs a new manager.

    Very disgusted with the service they honor drive-through more than they honor the front counter you don’t get an apology and your food is not made correctly they do not warm up the tortillas on the grill they make your food in properly even though you pay a bundle of money just to have diarrhea especially from this Taco Bell I didn’t see anybody wash their hands at all and I waited in line for 20 minutes for my food ask for a refund because they didn’t make it correctly and apologize about it very dirty people I visited this place recently and honestly they always mess up on orders it’s clear to me so I’m force to go inside this restaurant and they still messed up This place near new employees and managers

    Their employees are respectfully polite 24/7! They beat the top fast paced fast food chain restaurants with getting your order to you in a heartbeat! Literally though I'm not kidding there fast as lightening. ⚡

    It is the worst of all taco bell location. Dirty floors, employees don't give good customer service. Food sucks here Must order thru the computer self terminal. Which is ok but the the service here is terrible, and the food is terrible too

    I came in today after spending nearly $3000 this entire year on Taco Bell, the number may seem ridiculous, but I’m a construction worker with a strict schedule to uphold on my lunch break. They were unable to serve me in person, they were trying to force me to use the kiosk machine, which almost always messes up the orders I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell ever, it seems like there’s a different issue every single day which I have dealt with up until now. As a sidenote, I am hoping maybe we can continue working with each other in the future, please respond to this review and offer me some sort of solution, I refuse to return it until I can order in person again I just came back to this restaurant, hoping that the terrible computer system has been neglected, and we are once again able to order in person, it appears that the only people that are able to order in person or drive-through‘s. For whatever reason no one is able to order in person within the store, I cannot order this way, because each time I’ve ever ordered with a computer it has been wrong I’m not really sure what’s going on here, but it appears they will not be excepting orders in person any further might as well go somewhere else to be honest, anytime, something goes wrong They will definitely blame it on the computer order instead of their own mistakes.

    The beans taste old and didn't get onions and tomatoes were just thrown on half...had to force myself to eat it it tasted so bad :/ and as I'm doing this the cook straight up YELLS at a customer who told her his order was wrong. Wow.

    This place was terrible. I stood at the front counter for several minutes before anyone came over to take my order but 2 employees working at the drive through window keep looking over at me yet never told anyone I was standing there. It took forever just to get 2 hard tacos probably because there was many problems with other orders because they were totally disorganized. Then the one taco had the normal shell on one side but 2 layers of hard shell on the other. How or why it was made like that is beyond me. Stay away from this location.

    The employees here ask If you want something extra added on to every item you order, like they are getting a little something off the top. If I want exta I will ask for it. The food is mediocre at best. It's taco bell already bottom of the barrel when it comes to fast food. I hate taco bell and don't eat it the gf loves it so I pick her up some every now and then. She even complains that the food quality of this one is bad. I don't know but whoever in charge need to be fired.

    Disclaimer I always stop here on my way home so it's 1am so I can't speak for the daytime crowd. Everyone's always friendly, after a week or so I noticed they recognize me which always feels nice. Ultimately it's Taco Bell so I can't say a ton but a good stop nonetheless.

    every single time I've gone into this specific branch to use the self-serve POS, they somehow manage to forget any drinks I may have ordered. the food is rarely wrong, barring the occasional missing item, which I don't mind because I've worked fast food before and I know how it can be sometimes, but the fact that there's such a disconnect between the self-serve kiosk and the staff behind the counter is extremely frustrating. if the kiosk printed paper receipts it'd be less of a pain trying to explain to the staff that something is missing, or if the staff were properly trained on how to handle a self-serve POS order, I doubt this issue would arise as often as it does. friendly staff tho, I don't blame them for a communication breakdown that they clearly weren't trained to account for

    Grill cheese steak burrito has no few ingredients including GRILLED CHEESE. Didn’t have Chili sauce for chili fries they made with another sauce and I’m ok with that, but where is fork?

    I am pregnant and needed to use a bathroom. I’m traveling and not from the area. I buy a drink at the kiosk and ask for the bathroom code. Because bathroom is for paying customers only. The worker gives me a fake code and I try getting into the bathroom for 2 mins. I then ask another worker for the bathroom code and made sure to emphasize that I paid for a drink. She gave me the correct one. When I get out. I wait for several mins at the counter for my 1 drink that I ordered several mins ago. And they help the person behind me. I walked out in tears and without my drink. This is the WORST customer service I have ever received.

    Almost every time I order something from here my order is wrong or the food sucks. I ordered some tacos they look like a salad. A different time I ordered 4 tacos and got 2 tacos that were not bad but also got 2 burritos as well and those burritos were freaking nasty I'm not even sure what was in them. Never giving this place my money again worse Taco Bell I've been to and I love TB eat there wherever I go but man this is the worse TB I've ever had.

    It is what it is. Quick and filling until I get home to a real meal. Nachos are tasty. 7 layer burritos are good and the gorditos are tasty as well. Oh, I cant forget the nacho fries.!!! My favorite!!!!
