So I walked in and ordered a #4 "Jumbo Jack Cheese Burger" meal. I got a burger with no cheese. I walked up and the manager asked what she could do. I showed by receipt and asked if you order the #4 don't you get cheese? Her response was "only if you ask". I said, "the #4 is a Jumbo Jack with cheese meal isn't it?" She said "it is only if you ask for cheese". Trying not to sound mean I pointed to the menu and said the #4 is called a Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger meal. If I order a #6 Double Cheeseburger do I have to specify I want cheese? She said no. So I said I was confused and if she understood why. Her response blew me away. She said she can "fix it this one time", but I should have been asked if I wanted cheese when I ordered. I advised her I wasn't and ordered a #4 Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger meal. WOW!!! Lesson learned I guess

Its in Tukwila? I went here cuz I'm pretty sure there was some sketchy shlt going down at the Taco Bell across the street and I just wanted to be outta Tukwila like super fast. Staff was friendly.

Was the first fast food chain to put bacon in burgers, if not mistaken; have loved it since. But it’s gotten expensive: $15-20 for a set with curly fries.

Food came quickly and everyone was courteous. Place is clean - can't ask for anything more!

So freaking good!!! I usually get the a double bacon with some of those curly fries, Mmm! That stuff slaps. Always my one place for delicious curly fries and some good burgers!

I'm not sure what has happened to Jack in the box.. or it's just this one.. I haven't had Jack in the box for awhile. Ordering was quick which was nice but, right when we got to the window and paid we were told to go sit at the front... not sure why, no one was behind us 🤷‍♀️... then we received our food and decided to pull over and eat... Well I don't think I've ever had a Sourdough Jack with unmelted cheese before and the bread was way bigger then the patty and the bacon was very undercooked. Then the jumbo Jack the cheese was cold and not melted as well.... the chicken sandwich had no sauce barely. 😕 I used to love Jack in the box. Hopefully the next time I go it's not this bad of an experience.

We were visiting this area from Michigan and wanted to try Jack in the Box, since everyone says it's SO good. We walked down to this location from the hotel we were staying at, only to find the doors locked and no way of actually ordering food. It was 1:30 on Sunday August 7th. The website says they are open for dine-in until 10pm. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Maybe they need to update their dine-in open hours on the website if they aren't actually open. We walked next door to Taco Bell instead, since they actually WERE open.

Maria works mornings at this store. My husband and I go there almost every single weekday morning and she has ALWAYS been consistent, friendly, and someone you want to give kudos to. She makes us feel like we her know her.. Maria's general demeanor is worth recognizing!!! Thank you Maria for all you do, we appreciate you!!!!! FOOD: Close to perfection when you need to fill your tummy. SERVICE: Maria is impeccable ATMOSPHERE: We stay in the car (drive-thru) which is a GREAT atmosphere ;)
