    Experience was terrible. Pulled up to the drive thru, employee said the system was down, we didn't receive our fries, got stale tacos, and 30 packets of ketchup. Avoid this location at all costs and bring in new management.

    Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a jack in the box, and I’ve eaten at various jack in the boxes probably 50 times over the last 8 years. The employees would not give me a fountain water. They would not let me pay for a cup and fill it. Apparently someone ordered 12 cups of ice water, and management decided they would not serve water to customers anymore. Honestly I’m not even sure if their policy is legal. I begged and pleaded, the best they could do was sell me a 3$ bottled water or a 3$ small soda. I will never come back to this location.

    I went through the drive-thru and I ordered the loaded tiny tacos but when I got home they were just the tiny tacos no sauce or anything they didn't even give me a receipt so I couldn't call and ask them to make it right. Even after ordering $20 worth of food they charged me $0.55 for two sauces none came included with my food. I had just gotten off of an 18-hour shift from work I was really tired and hungry. So I was not very happy when I got home and my order was wrong . I would not recommend this place for late-night eats I even tried to get an Oreo shake and they said they did not have Oreo. 🥺😱🫤 it was a Friday morning at 1:30am.

    Absolutely terrible. Every single time we come here they forget something major. I made the mistake of not checking when we got food late last night and they didn't give me the tacos i ordered and got charged for...yet they threw a huge handful of TACO SAUCE in the bag. Thanks a lot guys. Last time it was an entire munchie box they didn't give us. Yall wanna cost almost as much as a sit down restaurant and then not even give me what I freaking paid for when I do go to this dump of a restaurant. It's always the same blonde manager lady too

    While the staff are kind and likely doing their best for low wages, the food is never cooked properly and items are frequently missing. Egg rolls seem to be the worst offender, as they're either burnt to a crisp or still frozen in the middle. Curly fries are usually burnt. They do a good job with the mini tacos, and regular tacos, however! Overall, it's where we go when we don't have any other options.

    I'd give 0 stars if I could, I didn't get a drink or wrap, she didn't ring up our drink despite confirming she heard us, and didn't add the wrap and said she told us they were out if ingredients even tho she didn't and them when I went to take the survey the code given to me is invalid so I couldn't even take the survey, horrible customer service

    Ordered the Snoop Munchie Meal and they didn’t have the Brownie in stock, so they asked me what I wanted to replace it and I just said “a small cheeseburger would be fine.” Not only did I get the burger, but they upped my drink to a Large and coolest of all, they gave me a Jack Pineapple Air Freshener that I didn’t even know existed! Excellent service guys, you didn’t have to do any of that, it’s really appreciated to see service like this is still out there. You rock!

    I wish I could give this a zero star. I mean, I know fast food is supposed to be fast, but we LITTERALY JUST ORDERED at the drive-through, while there was no line. Our food was ready by the time we drove up to pay. That's like 1 minute for food to be cooked? Honestly, I don't even know if I want to eat this food...fries are soggy, and I usually love Jack's fries... I know it's a bit late (midnight. 2am close for drive-through), but I'm seriously thinking about just throwing out this food. Seriously, 1 minute... I REALLY wish I was exaggerating. I don't think I'll be going back to this location. Especially after seeing other reviews. And I NEVER write reviews... I also want to add that I'm a restaurant industry who just got off shift late and was too tired to make food. While I never eat fast food, the quickness to which my drive-through order was startling. I know there was no line, but I also know that the order placed to order received was wayyyy too short.

    6/14 I bought a grilled chicken and 3pc egg rolls my grilled chicken was raw and my egg rolls were overcooked. I tried to call the store but no one answered. This store always has issues however my food has been good till now.

    Go anywhere else. Walked in and no one at the counter to help us. Ladies in back saw us but Igored us until I said something. No ice in the soda machine and the flavor was off so had nothing to drink. Ordered the jumbo jack cheese burger that was flavorless. The only thing somewhat edible was the fries.

    This place be having employee's in the store they don't answer the intercom, or whenever they do answer the intercom then they said they closed or the computer is down..... sometimes I get off late and I can't go cooking late because I have a baby which I don't want to wake up which why I try to go get a meal or a snack and I can't even get that from Jack in the crack........ what a disappointment

    Jack in the box is gonna create another ecoli situation if proper training is not put in place the particular store I went to my burger was not edible. I don't eat uncooked hamburger

    Although the place operates like a pretty standard fast food restaurant, you can tell that management does not enforce any quality or hygiene standards. The staff seems young, nice and enthusiastic, but they obviously don’t manage themselves. Everything looks out of place and disheveled and/or broken. The first thing of note is the filthy counter for service. It doesn’t appear to have been cleaned or wiped anytime recently and there are actually foot prints where someone has walked around the cash registers, presumably changing lightbulb or something. my guess is that type of activity occurs after closing or just before opening it which probably means the counter hasn’t been wiped all day. The second thing is that there are, of course, foot prints on top of everything else in the restaurant. It seems that the folks who work here use any service (counters, tables, benches), to stand on, and then never cleaned them. Mixed with my fries, were several little pieces of super over cooked chicken breading. Obviously residue from the same fryer that was floating around for a couple hours. Easy enough to explain, but certainly not the expectation for service. The day I was there the soda dispenser was broken. So I was offered a cup filled behind the counter with the choices of Fanta, or Fanta or Fanta. To top it off, there is a vagrant living out of a shopping cart in their parking lot. Probably, given the location of the store, the most expected of the unfortunate circumstances. Hire a manager. Clean the store. Fix the broken stuff customers use. UPDATE: As with most of the negative reviews shown here (there are plenty), this review received a reply from Jack-in-the-Box. A somewhat worthless automated computer response that says "we care" please go type the same thing into our own website. Much more obvious than the store manager not caring how clean the store is, corporate Jack-in-the-Box cares even less. They have a robot send an immediate key word response just so you think they actually read it.
