Disappointing! Came for a regular burger and a shake. Was told I could not have a regular burger because they were filling a large order right now. What, you cant pull one burger out to make multiple customers happy. Was also told I could get a cheese burger. Not, if I wanted a cheeseburger I would of ordered one. Ended up with a shake, a small at that for $4.19 a ridiculous price for a small shake. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but after today’s experience I will go elsewhere. Seriously disappointing.

It's always a great quick meal. I always add fries to my burger 🍔. The kids were asking me all day if we could go for dinner and who am I to say no. Family of 4 for $30. Can't beat that. Got some extra for later, too (snack time goodness)

Solid 4 star place and they know it. Expect decent food with great counter service and actual fast food. The burger, fries, shake are all very reliable. It’s amazing to see how fast they serve and how many people pull up to grab some food. If you’re landing at SeaTac then this is a short drive south to grab a bite.

A classic and you can’t find anything this cheap anywhere else. Patties are actually not bad and I’m pretty picky about my burger patties, I think I just like the fact that these ones are so thin. The milkshake is decent and I understand that the fries are a personal preference, but definitely not my kind of thing.

Visiting from out of state, was recommended to come here by a local friend. Ended up at the slowest window of all of them somehow. Asked to not have something on my burger that I'm paying for but was told that wasn't allowed. Even though everything is made to order and there's burgers on the menu that don't have stuff on them. So instead of ordering a full meal and spending more money, I opted only for the $2 plain cheeseburger and left. (Also, everything starts plain and they add stuff to it, so they easily could've accommodated my request but didn't want to.) Food quality was whatever, nothing to write home about. Definitely have had worse, but also have had better. Basically along the lines of White Castle with regular sized burgers. I already know nobody reading this will actually care what I have to say but I still had to put it out there.

Dick’s is the go-to spot for affordable food after a night out of drinking—and it would alway hit the spot. I didn’t get that same nostalgia feeling this time around, and I was also sober… but truthfully, it was flavorless—and without ketchup, I probably wouldn’t have eaten it. Customer service gets 2 stars. I was so confused because: I ordered—they took my money—then closed the window—4 to 5 minutes later was wondering when I going to receive my food, but I guess that’s just how they do things here. Lack of communication and very fast paced. I honestly won’t return. Burgers are mediocre, and tasteless.

We got the burger deluxe, milkshakes and fries. The burger had a different taste to most burgers I’ve head. It wasn’t heavy on your stomach. The milkshake only had one size. Not bad though.

Best dive burgers in the Seattle area. Great food fresh and nice people at the counter. Do the round up for charity. A but if Seattle that is worth exploring.

First time at this PNW burger joint that is a staple in the area. The menu is simple, so the focus is on a few things and do them will. The double burger is a simple hand size, and the fries are the same. We didn't try anything else but except a root beer float. There was not a lot of ice cream in it, but it was good.

Very quick bite to eat. You show up ask for your burger, pay for it and it's immediately handed to you. Flavor is good for what you pay. I'd eat here again. Especially on days when I'm rushing!

The food is what I equate to an adult making a school cheeseburger that doesn't mean they're not edible or that they aren't good they are to a certain extent but even for a $5 Burger I wouldn't say it's all the hype. I'd honestly say that if you wanted a burger it would not be hard to make it at home even for a person with no Burger making experience the burger definitely feels like speed was their main goal rather than taste and as for the service and aesthetics the service was fine they did not get my order correct and the aesthetic is what you would find as a 80s McDonald's in different colors and more sports trivia. Over all if you're looking for a quick made Burger and the taste isn't a factor you care for than I'd say this is a decent location

Thanks to Adam and his dad from Texas who bought my food when I was on my way home from work. Go Dawgs! Fun crowd after the Huskies won the last Apple Cup.

There's a fun vibe, the service is super fast, the prices are low, and the food is good. The food is all very basic and no-frills, but it's high quality. They don't make the food to order so they can provide food faster but I like it because the buns on my hamburger were steamed. I can see why this is such an iconic establishment.

But I don’t want mayo! Sorry all burgers premade to keep up with demand. But I am the only person at the location. Cool piece of history but if you can’t give the customer what they want you will be history.
