We were on our way back from Mt Rainier and looking for a coffee shop to give us an afternoon pick me up. The kids were ready to get out and stretch their legs as well. We can not speak to the motel part of the business, only the coffee and ice cream shop. The location is right off the highway and was a quaint little motel with shop in the front. Easy to see and access from the main road. The kids got ice cream. They have about 5 or 6 different flavors to choose from. I got a vanilla latte and it was very very weak. If you’re looking for stronger coffee, ask for another shot of espresso or less milk. Overall, it was a neat little tourist place I’d at least recommend checking out.

Great place for a family to stay when visiting Mt Rainier. After a full day at the park, we checked into our clean and spacious room, got pizza next door, and had a good cup of coffee the next morning. The hosts were very accommodating.

Great location close to the park. Our room had a microwave and fridge. The bed was also really comfortable with easy check in. I thought the room could have been cleaner. There was just alot of hair in the room, the bathroom and else where that didn't match mine or my partners. The room didn't have a hair dryer but it did have a portable air conditioner and alot of books and games in the shared areas.

Ice cream and coffee drinks were exactly what we needed, driving to and from some other destinations along our route. Everyone was super nice, the atmosphere was awesome, and they even make their coffee grounds available for people to pick up for gardening and other uses. You can just pick it up outside of the door in a bin. Awesome place 😎

I absolutely LOVED the blended mocha I ordered! My son got ice cream and my husband got a breakfast sandwich and raved at how delicious it was. The young lady working was very sweet and helpful about what there is to do and recommended a good place to have dinner. Her name was Ravin, I remember because it's a bit uncommon of a name. We were surprised at the selection they had there. Definitely will stop in next time we go to the mountain

Expensive. No fridge, microwave, TV. Squeaky old bed with slats that fell out. Staff super friendly. Convenient to Rainier. Nice store for climbing and hiking near. Expensive burger joint nearby, but they did offer gluten free buns for a price that were stale.

Super convenient location to the park for a decent price. I know some other reviewers say the rooms are expensive, but we stayed here as part of a larger road trip and this was by far the closest we got to the park for the cheapest with a bathroom and running water in-room. Beds/mattresses are super creaky and need to be replaced. My friend and I had two twin beds and had to wear earplugs to keep from waking each other. No fridge or microwave but I wouldn’t expect it from this type of motel and we didn’t need it. Ice cream was delish and hotel staff super friendly. Room was clean. Wifi was absolutely abysmal and service wasn’t any better for either me or my friend with a different carrier. Think just too many people overloading the tower. Overall would stay here again, just don’t expect the Comfort Inn because this isn’t it.

We stopped just for ice cream. Service was helpful and just downright nice. They were out of chocolate ice cream, so added chocolate syrup to our vanilla to make chocolate shakes. And they were great! The little shop was kitchy and adorable.
