So I went to see an apartment after scheduling tour with Heritage Greens Apartment manager. I was with my 4 years old kid. I saw a manager standing without mask. As he welcomed us I asked, "do you want to wear a mask?" To which he said, he doesn't wear mask because recovery rate is 99.7%. I still went ahead with the tour as we were wearing the masks and I asked my kid to stay closer to the door. I did the tour in 2 minutes and while leaving he said MASK DOESN'T PROTECT YOU FROM ANYTHING. DO THE COMPLETE RESEARCH BEFORE WEARING MASK. Such careless and ignorant attitude. No responsible person would do this. I would never go to such an apartment.

Worst apartment to live in due to new management which started this year middle in 2023. Maintenance requests are not addressed for weeks and sometime months. They don’t event care to pickup calls and respond to emails. Also there is the water leakage issues from parking floor since more than a month and they don’t care to repair.

Worst management since this year after new management took over. Our maintenance request are not heard properly. Property manager never picks up the cal or respond to voice mails. Emails are getting replies but after weeks. Plumbing, electrical , appliances all issues.
