    1. Brio/UDR demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental sustainability by utilizing only three elevators servicing this 27-floor building. Sometime, they would even close 1-2 elevators. So prepare for 20 minutes elevator waiting time . 2. With the dedication for saving energy, there are two unexpected electric shutdowns last week. 3. The management team is very professional. They always nice, patient but refuse to solve any issues.

Do not live here. Management does not care about the tenants. My lease is up, and I'm paying month to month and they have the audacity to charge me O N E T H O U S A N D dollars as a month-to-month fee. There are only 3 elevators in the high rise and 1 is almost always out of commission. Wait time for the elevators is usually 5-10 minutes on top of that. Trash chutes always get locked up and management has the audacity to blame the residents instead of coming up with a system to fix it. Parking monitors will routinely ticket you because they didn't bother to check if your car is registered with the apartment, forcing you to go through a dispute process. Outdoor grills are never maintained so you need to strongarm management to get them fixed incase you ever want to host a barbeque. I tell every prospective tenant that this place is awful and will be moving out soon.

My experience with this apartment management was beyond frustrating. Despite moving out on time, they slapped us with an unjust $133 month-to-month fee, alleging that we were a day late. Here's the kicker: our lease officially ended on a Sunday when the office was conveniently closed. We took the initiative to confirm our move-out plans via text, even leaving the keys in the room for them to collect on Monday when the office reopened. Yet, because we didn't send another confirmation text post-key drop-off, they callously assumed we moved out on Monday and hit us with the fee. This apartment management's lack of understanding and empathy is astounding. I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this place – their incompetence and unfair charges make it a dreadful choice for anyone seeking a home.

Experienced outages twice in a month: on 7/22 and 8/16. Today's outage (8/16) was caused by issues with the apartment's equipment, as investigated by power company PSE. Despite the inconvenience, the leasing office stated they could do nothing today and would only look into the matter tomorrow. Starting from 7:20 pm, Residents are left to spend the night without lights, electricity, or air conditioning, and with food spoiling in the refrigerator. There hasn't been a single apology or any compensation offered.

4-5 power outages in 6 months and probably all of the time it’s only part of the units on this Brio building that were affected. Oh, food in your refrigerator? You could also encounter “extremely dirty” water flowing back from the sink if you are the lowest floor resident like I did. The bubbling sound from the sink were there daily during the summer making you worrying there could be a water crisis all the time. Be prepared, my fellow new residents.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Unless you enjoy wasting ~3k monthly on a place that have countless problems including Frequent broken elevators (there are only 2 for the entire building, so you are stuck with 1 for the whole 20+ floors), Power outages that last more than 24hrs, Money hungry management who charges all the amenities which used to be FREE before, and Countless package thefts due to lack of secure delivery mechanism. Dont be fooled by management's comments here. I lived here for more than a year and it was a nightmare.

Me and my standard golden doodle lived in a studio apartment on the 22nd floor. I moved out after a year but here are the pros and cons I saw during my life here: Apartment: Pro: apartment is very clean and everything is functional, the maintenance team is amazing, which is a huge pro. Parking right underneath the building makes is very easy to stay dry in WA. The unit has moisture detection devices under the sink and washer. Con: The noise coming from outside when windows are open are too much, that was one of the big reasons I moved (keep in mind I was on the 22nd floor) construction is constantly happening around so dust buildup is a real thing. There are a lot of charges that will get added to your monthly bill other than your rent, like parking, sewage… Another con is that being on the 22nd floor I feel like I spent half my life waiting for the elevator. They keep going out of service and the wait gets very long. The power also went out for 2 days so me and my dog had to walk 22 floors up and down. The air conditioning fan is almost always on and it’s automatic to keep the moisture low, there is a pro with that, that you will not have mold. The con is that the our gets so dry in the unit that gets annoying. I was ok with that though since I never had mold. Also grabbed shoot is always locked because someone left the door open, which means neighbors put their garbage in the shoot room, so that gets nasty. Wasn’t a bug issue for me. I kept it in my apartment till the door opened up. Amenities: Pro: There are very cool facilities like the pool, dog wash and pee area, gathering area, gym… Con: the dog pee area smells horrible, puddles of pee under the stones so it splashes when the stone tilts as you walk on them, so my dog didn’t even pee there. But there is a nice park near there to go to. Also the areas like the theater or gathering areas are very expensive to rent out and I personally never used them(also dogs are not allowed anywhere except the dog wash are) All in all, It’s a decent place to live but biggest cons for me where the noise and the constant issues with the elevator. I would not recommend since you can get much better prices in other buildings around there

After living here 2 years an moving out I would recommend if you like a upscale apartment complex with a diverse an friendly community. Maintenance is great especially Sergio always there when you need, Thank you! An the move out process was smooth which I appreciate. The amenities are a big plus including my favorite the huge indoor pool, plus theirs a indoor gym, theater an pet station. No apartment is perfect anywhere but this place is pretty close!
